Trek warehouse and distribution in Ontario CA is just that, a warehouse and distribution location. They don't sell anything only house and distribute trek products to retailers or shops. Just a heads up: This is not a retail store. This is one of Trek Bike's distribution centers. They can ship items to your home or your local bike shop if you order from the website but there is no will-call (Unless you're a bike shop). If you're into bikes and like working in a very active warehouse, this is your place!
