Every unit here is getting vandalized and your stuff will get stolen. The security at Tower RV is almost non existent. I've never seen a security officer. But they say some one is there. So many dead spots in their camera system. I've been hit twice now. All the units around mine have been hit. If your stuff gets stolen they will not care, not one bit. Heed my advice don't stay here!

I rented a space for my truck/camper between Oct 2023 and Nov 2023. During this time, my camper and truck were broken into and many items stolen, including my Honda generator. The police officer who responded told me there have been many thefts from this storage facility. The company has a “no liability waiver” in its agreement so it claims it’s not responsible for any items stolen, even though its security is clearly inadequate.

This place suppose to be RV and Boat Storage and now has become trucker parking lot the gate is pretty much open all the time because so many truckers accessing 24hrs. Security down to zero and each trucker carry 300 gallon of diesel and leaking all over. And they don't park within their spot and management allow them to park all over the place. And made it inconvenience for regular RV or Trailer to just move in and out. All the spot are now contaminated with oil and diesel fuel.... Their policy stated: What items am I not allowed to store? no longer apply.... Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. When you rent a spot the management office don't even clean the spot up and wash station is destroyed by trucker grease everywhere.

OUR TRAILER GOT STOLEN FROM THIS STORAGE! We came at 4:30pm to pick it up and it was gone. The supervisor on site didn't even bother to stay past 5pm to check the cameras. She told us there was nothing she could do to help us! WTHeck! We got this place because we were told they have after hours security! Not true!

All the staff at the Ontario location has been very helpful. I especially liked dealing with Matilda. She's an OUTSTANDING representative of Tower Storage who gave impeccable customer service. We have been usingTowerRV Storage for several years. We recently terminated our dealings with them. Several times we had to submit complaints about tires, mattresses and other items being left by our trailer. There are cars and trucks that stick out on the roadway and this,too, has been reported. We terminated their service shortly after the first of the month and I requested that they grant a partial refund. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Not surprisingly, they never did get back to me. We are extremely displeased with the service. In the beginning they were ok and the price was fair, but the price went up many times during our tenure. I would be wary of doing business with them after the way we were treated once they knew we would not be using their storage anymore.

This place is an absolute joke. The staff are not responsive and do not care about the quality of service they are providing or the security of their facility. We visited our trailer this evening and found out that it was broken into AGAIN! This is the second time in the past year it has been broke into. In fact, every single trailer/RV in our row has been broken into. We walked down to look at them and they are all completely damaged and wide open. They pried open the back of our toy hauler and damaged it to the point where we cannot secure it to even drive it away from this terrible storage lot. Why has no one from this place noticed all these damaged and broken into RV's? Why has no one contacted us? When did this happen? Days/weeks ago? Where is the state of the art security they speak of on their website? DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Update:6/28/21 I got a call from the owner and everything was resolved and we were made whole. Update, since first contacting them 2 months ago about stolen items, they still have not given us any type of resolution. The first person, Michaela, apparantley never followed through with anything. When I contacted again, the property manager got involved and pretty much said the Michaela never followed through and she was out for a while. Now this property manager Matilda Vartanian, assured me over and over she would look into this and give me a call the next day. Well its been a week and no call, no email. ANother worthless employee. Now during their time of blowing this off, they put a lien on my trailer, NOT EVEN 30 DAYS LATE. I was waiting for an answer, which they cant contact me with, but they have no problem contacting when they want their money. I guess we're going to make this a legal issue since they cant run a business in good faith and make people feel safe leaving their expensive property there ************DO NOT STORE ANYTHING YOU VALUE HERE**************

We've had our trailer here for a few years. Every year was a price increase. We went to check on our trailer today after parking it a year ago due to covid. As we pulled up, we noticed our propane tank cover was gone and our propane tanks were replaced..We also noticed our battery was gone and so was our tire cover. We pay over$1800 a year for storage and this is ridiculous. So much for safe and secure storage.

I am a new tenant at tower rv storage. This place is huge, secure and have a all night security guard in a patrol car with flashing light. Great visibility and deterance. I stop him to talk and he is a sharp and experienced security office in uniform. Such a comfortable feeling knowing that my equipment is safe and sound. Not to mention all the working cameras on property. Thank you tower RV storage for the peace of mind
