BEST Home Depot in the area! All the staff goes out of their way to say Good Morning and all are very helpful! They have the best Christmas trees at a great price! Found the perfect tree! Walter took very good care of us today, wanted to make sure Home Depot knew what an amazing employee they have!

Went to get wood, ended up getting 53 blocks. Walter saw us getting these and decided to help us out after seeing us take a minute. Then was super nice to help us bring it to the counter and even help load it into our truck. Super grateful for his help.

I just wanted to say I came to The Home Depot and asked Drew a million questions. Every time I thought I knew where something was I realized I still needed help. Drew helped me about 8-9 times at around 9:00pm. He was extremely helpful and had a smile. Out of all the workers he was the only one around that didn't hesitate to help my mom and I! I just want to say way to go Drew!!! Thank you for ALL your help and support! Great customer service

The workers seem too busy to provide adequate help. Overall quality and customer service needs improvement. Many times, I been led to the wrong department or material due lack of knowledge of dales clerks.

I spoke with Ethan in rentals about renting a small circular saw and he guided me on what I would need and how to buy one to save money in the long run.Now I own a circular saw and am able to modify my desk in the music studio and make clean cuts any time I need. We've been coming to Home Depot in Ontario on Euclid Ave. for years. In the closed in area of the gardening department. It is infested with RATS!!! Last weekend I walked in that area and it smelled like RAT feces!!! Corporate offices of Home Depot need to take care of that. Employees and customers can get sick of some toxic bacteria from that.

Came in the store with no prior notice to ask about a donation for my son’s school gardening club. Everyone at the customer service desk stopped what they were doing to help me. Within 10 minutes I had explained what I was asking for and had the donation in my hand. Thank you so much for helping out our local school.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator in 2020. I also purchased the 5 year protection plan. As stated in the protection plan, when you buy a water filter from Home Depot, you would be reimbursed 50% of the price of the filter. Every time I request the reimbursement online after uploading the receipt and filling out the necessary information, it always says, sorry looks like you have clicked on a broken link. Home Depot can you fix this issue? Please?

I just wanted to give this 5 star review to a cashier Vivian, I stopped at this home depot because it's on the way to my moms house, (I live 2 minutes from the Eastvale location) and I will say I have always received exceptional service from her! She's always sooo happy and really makes my experience a good one, which makes me want to drive to this store all the time. I wish all cashiers where as happy as Vivian!

I checked in yesterday to purchase some wooden replacement flutes for my Roommate to help him put his Bed together and experienced such great Service from the Team Members here! Lisa was my first point of Contact and she put Me in such a happy and joyful mood with her strong and focused eye contact and cheerfully welcoming Smile. I showed Lisa what I was looking for and even though Lisa wasn't sure where it was located or whether or not Home Depot carried the replicas, she thoroughly checked her device to see what she could find and didn't stop coming up with creatively new and fresh ideas until she was able to drag me to the finish line :0) Lisa ended up calling Emiley over who knew exactly where the flutes were! Emily directed me to the correct Aisle with clear and helpful directions and I was able to find something close to the flutes I was looking for. Two more Male Team Members helped Me and reassured Me that the Diameter of the Flutes was the most important to match, and that even though what Home Depot offered was shorter it should still work and if not I could always hold onto the Receipt and return them if they didn't. Checking out was easy and fast too! There was a Focused and Sharp Team Member directing people in the Self-Checkout Station and I was able to scan and process my Payment in no time :0) Thank You Home Depot for helping us with all our Home Projects by stocking the Cave up with all the Essentials we need, and hiring so many determined and Friendly Associates to guide us carefully to where we need to go and answer any skeptical questions we may have!

I had an issue with my order. Was asked to come to the store... Came to the store as agreed at a certain time and was asked to wait to be helped at appliances department by the store representative. After half an hour waiting, I was told that the system is down and there is nothing the store representative can do about it. Horrible services. On my way out I saw bunch of rats having a party on shelves of the store. No wonder... I'm pretty sure there is nothing they can do about it either.
