Today we had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest manager at the Timberland store. She was truly so helpful and provided us some knowledge on the boots we were purchasing. When I tell you her customer service was outstanding I would give her 1000000000 stars. It's not everyday you come across such beautiful souls that enjoy what they do. Thank you again for all your help. We will be back soon girl.

I'm reading this timberland outlet 5 stars because of the service. Even though the employee was busy, he still assisted us and was able to squeeze Us in his schedule. Many boots caught my attention. Even boots with that had a heel On them i've never seen that before. There was hardly any wait time in the line and on top of it all around the time we went they had forty percent off.!

This store was pretty much well stocked and clean. Great customer service, all workers were willing to help. Had many shoes I loved and never seen. Will definitely come back .

To start off I'm a big fan of the pro series boots/work shoes and belts. There quality is second to none. And to be honest I beat the hell out of my work gear daily doing hvac. But back to the store. Went there to grab something for my lady and was really happy with the customer service I received. The man and woman working there were both very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. The customer service actually matched the product that's very rare these days. thanks guys...

Well I want to get some new boots and you're very helpful since I got actually when I tried them on there and tried like a 9 1/2 and they seem pretty because you know that they have steel toe so I didn't know if I did, the varies would still go but anyway they were half size smaller and I feel they feel good so I just took them in the fridge at work. I got all messed up and on my toe and I hurt my ankle and I took them back. I've done with the box and they were very helpful a switch, and by the way, you know no questions asked and if I won one day and I got different ones my right sizing, I was there at the very nice place to buy.

Came in today to look for a gift- the employees there are super nice and helpful, especially Pablo who helped us with advice! The cashier Melissa was super nice as well and the deals in this store beat the price of timbs at other stores!

Very low stock and definitely not a single care for customers went to shoeteria literally maybe 200 feet away much more option and stock and better price matching at least shoeteria shows that they try to care about their customers

This is more a men's Outlets, But some how when I walked in, I found some Winter accessories on sale and worked for me, size wise, $6.90 per pair of these Timberland gloves, can't beat that!!!! You had me at hello today!!!! I can probably shop for my dad here in the future. But they had some nice sales here today on NYE/2022. They also had some Winter jackets on sale for the guys. Sales lady was nice and efficient~heard her simultaneously working and training a new employee!Also learned everywhere is hiring here right now.

So much staff they made me feel like I was stealing the way they approached. Then when I asked for help staff was way off at request. Badic colors not available &Ladies boots were narrow in the toe box which is common but frustrating.

Good location. Very large large selection. The staff was welcoming and felt like they were happy to be there. Unfortunately I don't think that they were the most helpful, the store is pretty well layer out and you shouldn't need to much help unless wanting to try on a shoe.

Fantastic service. Very helpful and everyone had an awesome attitude which is so rare to find these days. Decent selection, unless you are looking for smaller size mens shoes or womens work boots. Thats with any brand though. Definitely recommend for anyone mens size 7 and up or women not looking for a variety of work boots.
