Sadly to say that customer service has gone the wrong direction. Is it shortage of staff ? Leadership ? Or just a bad practice implemented by Covid
Upon arrival to Tilly’s at Ontario mills
My daughter notice some Levi’s shorts
However her size were not on the table so first thing she did was picked up the shorts and notice a manager walking by her
Not even finishing her sentence the manager rudely responded with that’s all we have as she walked pass us
No acknowledgement and for sure no service at all
Completely ignored us as we were no one in her store
We will not shop here ever again
And what’s worst now I’m writing this review

First of all, I go in there, asking the cashier if they have any jogger pants in stock, and she looked at me like I was crazy and completely ignored me and just continued with my transaction. Second, nobody didn’t even bother helping me out on the floor. everybody seem clueless. I didn’t know what they were doing in there.

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would. I wanted to take my kids out for the day and decided to do some shopping. My girls went to Tilly's and picked out some pants to try on in the changing room. We went and a woman named Elena asked them if they wanted to try something on. They said yes and she says impatiently with waving her hand at them "come on let's go, ok you have to hand it to me." I told her "you're rude and you need to be nicer to the customers coming in to buy from your business" she says "thank you have a good day. I cannot help you any further. If you need anything else ask the cashiers in the front. I'm busy." She then proceeds to open the stall right in my face almost hitting me with it. I ask for her name and she looks at her name tag like she was wanting me to read it instead of responding. I went to the cashiers in the front and asked for the manager and they tell me it's Elena and she is the HEAD MANAGER! I cannot believe this is who Tilly's hired to lead a well known and very busy business. The cashiers then ask me if I had an issue with Elena and I tell them yes. They both smile and roll their eyes and say "oh yes we know very well how she makes people feel. If you want you can call corporate and put a complaint in." Wow I felt really bad for them to have to work with an abusive manager. She should not be working there anymore. When I look back at the other reviews they go back 6 years with the same complaint about the same manager. Obviously nothing is going to happen so I want to post to let everyone know there is an abusive manager at Tilly's in the Ontario Mills mall. Not worth going in. She gave us a bad start to our family outing.

The staff is always so helpful whenever I need a different size and I'm stuck in the fitting room. You can't go wrong with any Tillys in the IE. Sometimes you can find a good deal in the clearance section too.

Rude staff & disorganized. Lines excessively long and slow with many more staff just standing around glaring at every customer as if we're all thieves.

Such rude employees. Totally unnecessary snarkiness. Bossy attitude of hatred towards my family and to other customers near us I witnessed. Needless to say I left all the items I had shopped to purchase and walked out to buy somewhere else. Won't be returning!

I came in for a pair of sandals that I'd had my eyes on for a while. As soon as I entered the store, Joshua and Ashley greeted me and stirred up a nice conversation. They were both really great with their customer service skills, and honestly that made my day! Thanks again you two! Hopefully they get noticed/appreciated for this review!

I really enjoyed the customer service from Adan, he was really nice and helped me navigate through the store. I highly recommend coming here the employees treat you amazing but i always keep an eye out for Adan, he usually helps me out with everything every time i am shopping. He is very respectful and i have so much to say about this specific person, he is a great person and employee i really like his character.

Was waiting in line where i was supposed to be waiting. The cashier seen me but he just helped the customers that walked up. Employees were unatentive and rude. It seemed that they were hating just being there.
