thrifty at las vegas airport takes minimum 30 minutes at the office to get your paperwork for your car. once finally you have your car. the process for exiting from the parking lot takes another 40 minutes because they only have one booth open for all the cars. you see thrifty employees everywhere but they have only one booth open for all the cars to leave. totally ridiculous and not customer o focused and nobody cares at all.

Thank you Thrifty Car Rental for providing us with an inexpensive solution to our car being in the shop this week. Bonus points for earning me Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards points too.In the two weeks that we have been using Thrifty Car Rental, we have received friendly service and good quality cars.

Worst experience my husband and I have ever had with a car rental company. Employees were insulting, argumentative and negligent in their job. Booked through Expedia and then got told that we owed more money when we arrived at airport. No walk around by an employee, told us we were solely responsible for all scratches/ damages etc. and that we had to document everything ourselves. Their word against ours. The car was dirty and had so many scratches on it, I dont know how you could even document all. Bottom line, I will never rent from Thriftys car rental ever again!

I had a great first time experience. I forgot the lady's name but she was super nice and very professional. The car they gave us was clean and it was an overall great experience.

Its easy to see why they only have an average of 2 stars, The agents here are condescending and just rude.Of which i vow to never rent from Thrifty again, why would i want to put myself thru that againGood luck to you if you have to deal with these prople

This review is based on the staff at the counter. The car was fine with no issues.Returned the car today around 12:30pm. Two staff members sitting at the counter on their phones. I asked a question and they didn’t even bother looking up from their phones and basically shunned me. Even their facial expressions looked like they didn’t care less helping me.Got a great price on the rental though. I guess I got what you paid for in regard to service.

The counter clerk scammed me. She told me Expedia had canceled my reservation and sold me a rental car that was $80.00More that Expedia had quoted me. Come to find out Expedia cannot cancel my reservation that I would have had to cancel it myself. I never had a reservation with Thrifty. It was with Fox. She took advantage of a senior citizen. Pitiful.The car worked perfectly. I got to thank you for that .

45 min check in to get car. No joke.Ev car had to be charged daily only going maybe 50 miles per day.Couldn't look up my account for a receipt by my name/drivers license. I will not rent from thrifty again.

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE LATE ARRIVAL FLIGHT! Called before departing to let them know our flight was delayed and we would arrive around midnight - they told us someone would be waiting for us to pick up our car, well.. this was not the case. Thrifty was closed & we had to pay $30 to get to our hotel; with the inconvenience of now having to return tomorrow to pick up the car. Talk about a horrible experience.

Beware...they will charge your credit card with additional fees and no documentation to back the charges. They charged me an additional $54.96 over the contracted, written price. No explanation what this charge was for. Also, when I picked up the car, I asked the young lady at the Thrifty rental counter at the Vienna airport whether I have to purchase a Vignette for the car. She said "no" that the car had a digital one in the car. NOT so, I received an additional charge of $167.10 for a "digital ticket" for not having one. Very unprofessional.

First I arrived to rent a car and the car they offered smelled of cigarettes very bad and there was some ashes left inside. Then I went and asked for a different car and they tried to downgrade me to a smaller car cheaper car without even offerent me the lower price for the smaller compact car. The manager was great about getting me into a rental but everything went downhill from there. When I went to return the car, the lot was closed, no one was there and they knew I was due to return the car at a certain time. They left me no instructions on returning the car after hours and there was a car parked infront of the gate so I had to pull into the adjoining lot. Now they are saying I never returned the car. I have had customer care submit countless closeout requests and was told I would have it closed in 24-48 hours but those times came and went and I still have gotten no response or resolution. Do not rent from Thrifty, Dollar or Hertz at this location. They are not very organized.

Attitude problem. Won't honor a car I booked today on car rentals. Telling me to book today and come back another day. It took me many miles to come here and they said I should come back the next day to retrieve the vehicle which would would cause me to drive many more times.

Beware: If you had already prepaid a rental with an online travel agency, don't let them talk you into an upgrade "...that's less than your prepay..." cuz it's an additional cost on top of what you already prepaid. They don't tell you it's an additional cost. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor because the price of the upgrade was lower or on special pricing than your prepay. It's not a discount, it's an additional cost.
