Had trouble with the XPLR pass trade in program, Scott and Emily went above and beyond to make sure I got the credit so I could be able to purchase online. They definitely did more than I would have expected, great people, will go back again in the near future.

The customer service in this store is excellent. I was looking for some snow gear for my boyfriend's birthday. They went out there way to help me and even found me some alternatives solution. There was one young lady in the store that was extra helpful. I didn't get her name but I want thank her for all her help. She was there Monday morning on the 3/13.
