A little hard to find parking. Other then that the layout is good. Lots of food choices. I like to stop by on my way home from work to pick up a quick dinner from one of the variety of spots

This is where I have chosen to shop when I need anything for my home. It is a little farther than a couple of other places I know about. Probably because I have had good experiences here. There are also a good amount of restaurants I have visited in the area and those have me coming back also. It's nice to have a favorite place where you feel comfortable and confident.

Customer service is lazy. Would not honor their warranty on power tools even though their own customer service line and manufacturer agreed that it was a valid claim. Also lied about having to return item to original store of purchase. Absolutely a horrendous experience.
