No one respects truckers until they end up with empty shelves. They have no idea how hard or dangerous this job is just to keep their shelves stocked with all they like to buy and in return can't even give respect to those doing it for them Why is it so hard for them to do a simple thing like let a trucker drop their trailer for a couple of hours? How does helping a trucker in that way hurt them? Our truck needs repair, found the right person to do it with the Volvo diagnostic machine, the issue is life threatening being that it keeps dumping the air brakes in the down hills, but they couldn't care less if the ripple effect of their greed meant death for someone else. They probably figure if you drop your trailer they lose business, but we have a fridge and our own food, they can't do what we need on our truck and they are more likely losing business by these bad reviews and stupid rules. We already left and didn't end up paying to park there.

They charge you for parking, shower, even for a bag that is .15 cents. Showers and parking that we pay for are soo dirty. Rude employees.

I am sitting at TA shop in Ontario California been here since 9am another driver said he has been here since 8am it is now 2:30pm was still have to wait and all I need is a 30 or 45 min tire repair I have watched 4 workers walking around all day but apparently only one actually works. Need to rethink the shop workers and get a shop manager that can run a shop and pay them accordingly to the work done. Repair shops make more profit by completing repairs in a timely manner.the more repairs complete the more money made. I COULD RUN THIS PLACE 200 PERCENT BETTER AND HIRE REAL WORKERS AND PAY THEM ACCORDINGLY. To keep the best of the best. I will avoid TA shops from now on at all cost. The poc posted is how it has been most of the day with like three other trucks that came in early this morning. The truck in pic has been waiting since 8am

Horrible place. Across the street as well. More concerned with nickel and diming parking than anything. Very inconvenient, time consuming. Never go here!!

Everytime we come to this TA, due to employees shortages, they closed the showers, and pumps. PEOPLE HERE are so discontent, and overworked that they don't care anymore. We drivers all we need is good clean place to shower. Plus, I must say they charge $18.00 per each. I hate this place!! ?

Can you leave a paid parking lot only if you pay in cash??? What are you saying? In the Stone Age? To weigh yourself, you need to enter a paid parking lot. To weigh yourself a second time you need to leave and come back again. Ok, no need to pay - the first 2 hours are free. But there are queues to enter and exit! I lost more than an hour on everything together... Very dissatisfied...

Any truck stop that doesn’t allow fellow travelers to stay overnight is TRASH!! You guys lost my business. Flying J’s are better and allow you to stay overnight, security guards just drive around in their Hondas kicking people out the lots. Plus a lot of people in CA are homeless living in their cars and this world wants to act like we finna live forever and be selfish. Kick those out who are a problem, not the ones who are minding their business.

Today I parked my truck next to the pumps, my stomach was sick and I only went down to the bathroom, it was an illness. When I returned after a few minutes, some yellow stamps stuck to me and the problem is removing them because I had to use a spatula.

$30 dollar parking for truckers, once you go in to the parking lot there is filth all over. Inside it looks dirty the restrooms and showers are disgusting plus there’s an 8% tax on everything. Typical California and democrats this place is out of hand

Sprinter Van overnight parking $15. Later that night security guys woke me up at 1:30 am asking if I paid for a parking spot. They told me they didn't see the receipt behind the windshield. Check the attached picture and be the judge.
