My husband is an over the road truck driver who needs to have his cellphone at all times especially to make his money. His phone stopped working and he went into this T-Mobile store and the Sales/Customer service representative Maritza went beyond to assist him and make sure he left with a working phone. We appreciate your great customer service and hope everyone at your location has your customer service skills. Thank you !

I was trying to open a business account and was struggling and was directed to my local store. Maritzha (sorry if I misspelled her name) was so so so so nice! She took her time to assist me with my issue and didn't turn me away even when we hit a roadblock. She definitely made an impression on myself and I will forever be thankful for her assistance. What was a nightmare became something manageable and I hope she knows that customer service like hers does not go unnoticed.

I walked in the store to add a line to my phone. Xander helped me. I was told that i will be getting buy one get 1/2 off on my 2 iphone 14s. He made me trade in my phone and he added 2 line on my account (apparently one line is free for lifetime). I took 2 phones home to realize that one of the phone was iphone 12. I called the store to complain. Manager was so rude that he didn’t even listen to my complaint. He asked me to come back to store. When i went back he was not even there. Assistant manager asked me to come back later.They are just giving run around.

I love this T-Mobile store. Kat was super helpful she is amazing! Came in for an upgrade and she definitely helped us out. Brandon was just as helpful. Thank you for the great customer service! You guys are amazing!!!!

You would think that since Sprint merged with TMobile you could go to a TMOBILE Store for service right? Wrong... I went to both TMoblile stores at the Olin Mills mall asking if they could help me with upgrading my phone. They brought my account up and told me they couldn't help any former Sprint users even though they merged with TMobile.They said that since both stores were franchise owned TMobile Stores that they were not able to bring up my account and that the corporate owned store could help me. They literally turned me away. If Sprint and TMobile merged you should be able to get help at either store RIGHT?If you are a former Sprint customer don't go to the Olin Mills Mall in Ontario, CA. They won't help you....Very poor customer service skilled people work there especially when you ask for Sprint services...Sprint customers BEWARE....

Pretty disappointed with this store. Walked in to continue the steps of moving a number from one account to another. The only one who would help me was a trainiee so that was great. 2 reps watched the soccer game as I did everything alone with no help. A rep who was not a trainee wouldn't even open my account to see if they could help. When we asked them to call on our behalf he refused.(as you can see they have reach out out to me requesting I message them so we can talk. I have messaged and still no reply. I'm sure the owner send out the responses to reviews just to looks good)

It gets pretty busy at peak times during the day, you need to be patient. But they do have really nice staff. I'm giving 4 stars because I didn't see a restroom.
