Chris does a great job everytime. A tech you can trust with your equipment. Communicates with what he identifies and is honest in his assessments. Not many shops will work on older Ranger Radios. Chris is the national expert on new and older Ranger Radios! I have an older Ranger Radio on his bench right now getting long overdue repairs done. I will continue to do business with Superior CB even though I am now located in a different State and I have to pay shipping after its been fixed right. Totally worth it!!!

My rating is not for the store, I have heard great things about their radio repair and service. My issue was with the installation. I originally drove out to Ontario on a recommendation. I spoke with the installer and he looked at my truck to determine where the radio could be installed. I was given an estimate for equipment and the install. I called later and set up an appointment. The day of the install we discussed again where the radio was to be installed and how it would be installed. 3 hours later he told me it was ready. Unfortunately he installed the radio in the exact place he told me I shouldn't because it would cause a problem with the console latching. And that was exactly the problem it caused. I said this was not acceptable that we had discussed where it was suppose to be. I then waited while he reinstalled it in the proper location. I felt like he had taken the easy route...after he completed the job I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Later, I realized that my dash cam was no longer working (installer had pulled the connection loose under the dash where he ran radio wiring)so I popped the hood to check fuses. I found the positive battery cable cover was not properly reinstalled as well as the negative wire had been crammed between the cable and post. That is not proper installation. The radio is wired directly to the battery which I don't have an issue with, but there should have been an inline fuse installed to protect the radio and my truck. There also was an issue with the antenna installation I have attached photos.I would recommend the shop for radio service...

Chris repaired and tuned my 2970N4 awesomely. When I first plugged it in on LSB I immediately contacted Wisconsin and they said I sounded great. Later on several operators inCalifornia said I sounded awesome. I had also purchased a Ranger RCI X9 for my truck. I it was the perfect size I needed and I love it. Just contacted Jamaica sitting in the truck yesterday, testing it out. Great radio!.Thanks.
