customer service and return service is toooooo terrible . 10/3/2024 We bought the date tree here, because it was our first purchase here. when we check out I also specifically asked them if it could be returned. They replied that it would be within a month. A few days after I bought this tree,its leaves fell off a lot and it didn’t look very healthy. And when I came back I saw that trees of similar breeds did not look healthy too。So we decided to return the tree. Their manager told me: Our plants have no warranty. We don't accept returns unless your plants are healthy. What kind of logic is this? If everything is fine with my plants, why should I spend my time and gasoline here? The manager's attitude is extremely bad and strong, And threatened me to get out of here quickly, otherwise he would call the police. I replied to him: Please call the police now and let the police see how you treat your customers. Your customer came here to inquire about return service. Is this how you deal with it? A good store should have good product quality &good customer experience. There is nothing in this store. which makes us very sad. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered.

BEWARE Sunshine Growers Nursery sells plants that are not in good condition. They do not disclose their full return policy upon purchase (it is not verbally provided by staff, posted, or printed on the receipt). This would be a courtesy to customers especially purchasing expensive items but the owner would rather take your money please take my advice chose a different nursery. My expensive plant began to die within 12 hours and taking pride in their business and customer service was not on the agenda of Sunshine Growers Nursery, the owner specifically is not understanding and has lost my business and I hope will lose yours too unless you'd like to throw your money down the drain.

Great selection of flowers and other materials to choose from. As a first time home owner I was looking for direction on how much mulch to buy for my project and I asked a simple question. It seems like it's the same guy everyone has an issue with at this place. Gave me a very rude response, looked at me like as if he was grossed out by me. The only reason why I bought the mulch is because my dad drove out from Downey to let me borrow his truck. And it was hot af! He was also rude to my wife. The dude with the weird mustache, has costed this place a fortune due to the way he deals with people.

My local nursery which has everything I need. Plants, trees, vegetables, soil, fertilizer, and pots. I've been coming here for 7 years, great staff as well.

Not very nice costumer service , im talking about the people who works in corona. There is this guy who is very very lazy and not wanting to answer any question and he has behavior issues. I went and asked another person who works there about owner or manager , he told me no manager or owner, and asked me what i want, he was nicer. But the non professional one is always there sadly and not helpful and lazy. The owner should come
More often. Anyway i will not be back as its far now from home and maybe for the best

Great place . More items than you ca imagine. Has the largest landscape supplies on hand than any other nursery I've ever visited?. Their plant selection has something for every one. You can't go wrong . Highly recommend this establishment .

Decent selection of Japanese red maples that i had been looking for are for. Roughly 5L and healthy! Way better value than the ones at HomeDepot.
