My husband brought me some Dior glasses for Christmas and when I went to return them, they saw the most smallest scratch ever and denied my return. They were not understanding at all nor were they helpful. I will never shop at Sunglass Hut again!

Went here to get my Guccis serviced, Al helped me out and got them all fixed up, bought a nice pair of burberrys while I was there, he even reminded me about discount codes that are emailed, will be back! Love this place!

My wife purchased two pairs of sunglasses from an outlet in a different state but I didnt like them. Tried to return and they argued that one of the pairs has a small scratch. I couldn't really see it and they refused to return the second pair. I didn't wear them so obviously they were sold to me with whatever scratch they can see. Will never shop at Sunglass hut again.

My wife and I went there today to pick nose pad we ordered. There was a new employee, she spent over 20 minutes but she couldn't find our order. She asked at least three times the same questions, we answered but nothing. She suggested we come back when her manager is there. We came back. I showed the voicemail we received from them, and after 20 minutes she was able to find them. Then instead of assembling the node pad, she was doing other staff. We kindly asked them to put the parts in the sunglasses. The manager asked her assistant to do it, the assistant clearly said that she has never done this before. Instead of supervising her/helping her or showing her how to do it, she left her on her own. The poor lady dropped the screw, my wife and her spent 5 mins looking for it but couldn't find it. When I expressed my unhappiness about their unprofessionalism, she became aggressive and called the security to kick my wife and me from the store, she said that she has the right not to accept to serve. I left with my wife and went to another store that fixed everything in 1 minute exactly. A piece of advice does NOT go there! If I could I would have put minus stars. I hope that the supervisor or owner of the store will contact me.

It seems like they have an unwritten policy or store tactic not to return glasses we bought a pair of versaci glasses for my wife that never been used because next day she found another pair that she liked at macys we tried to return it associate kept rubbing it like rubbing aladin magical lamp and called manager to tell us it had scratches which we couldn't see nor could other customers in the store never had an issue returning anything in the great USA until now with this scam of a corporation

Bought some glasses and return them . They were upset i did i guess . Idk if it's commission pay there . Anyways my money took 6 days to get in my account but i called to ask if everything was okay to my bank and to this store . The guy was super rude and said he doesn't know what happen . Pretty much saying i have to fill out a form and it will be sent to the corporate. He was so upset like if it was his money lol . Anyways i got my money into my account but the date it was processed wasn't even the day i got the glasses . Idk what's wrong with this store
