Anthony was wonderful, helpful but not pushy. I really felt like the guys here worked to get me the best deal that they could. A great experience and in and out in only a few hours. I love my new Crosstrek!

I took my 2016 WRX to get the recall notice taken care of and to deal with the check engine light turning on. The young woman in the service department, Britney, was super nice and very helpful throughout the whole process; she made sure to keep me informed. They inspected my vehicle and told me what was needed to fix -- a sensor and the camshaft sprocket. They fixed it and my car has been running perfectly since. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to any Subaru owners for service.

Cheryl the Sales Director was extremely helpful and quick to reply with direct numbers and information throughout my shopping experience. Out of all 20+ dealers I was communicating with, Subaru of Ontario was by far the best.Although I decided not to purchase from them as another dealership had the color I wanted, I will always be sure to recommend this dealership because of the transparent and 'straight to the point' communication I had with Cheryl.

Dealt with:Don - finance managerEnrique - salesRuben - sales managerI had a terrible experience working with subaru ontario, they took a perfectly good situation where I was a customer ready to purchase a car there and left me and my wife with a bad taste.They wrongly did a hard credit pull on me even though I did not need financing, I told asked the rep Enrique why I am signing this doc and he assured me it was fine. That was all wrong, I WAS LIED TO, then they offered me 2 free oil changes to make up for it, later I find they give that to everyone, the sales manager Ruben, acted as if it wasn’t a big deal but this instance reminded me of shady used car dealer.Worst experience was with Don the finance manager, he was extremely rude and passive aggressive. He was rushing us and not giving us time to read what we are signing. He had underhand comments and was not taking us seriously. Don said “you shouldn’t care it won’t affect your credit score” he should avoid making statements like that because he is not the credit bureau, and all credit score products operate differently, he was wrong of course as we are in process looking for a mortgage, and my broker questioned me having a car loan !!I even had to walk the car wash guy through all the mistakes that were made and he said rudely “it’s a used car it’s going to be dirty” meanwhile they didn’t properly vacuum … across the board with the 4 people I interacted with, I had a very bad experience.Imagine after all that we bought the car, they could have had a happy customer but chose not to.I would caution anyone from working with this dealership, they have poor process and operate like an unprofessional small used car dealership. The amount of mistakes and incorrect information I was provided was shocking for a large Subaru dealership.We left with our car, but in a bad mood, shocking after it should be a good feeling. But the customer service was absolutely terrible.

The Subaru outback has camera sensors on the front windshield, and the Windshield needed to be replaced. Those cameras also needed to be recalibrated. This service of course cannot be done at any other repair shop, and Subaru dealers are crazy expensive. This was the perfect opportunity for Ontario Subaru to create a list of 11 urgent items that my car needed to have repaired for a total of $4263. The service Attendant said that if I don't have all 11 items repaired that the check engine light will not go off. My outback is in pristine condition and this is an example of price gouging. No thank you Subaru Of Ontario. I will take my business elsewhere.

Needed to trade in our car and could not have had a better experience. Bret was our fantastic salesman and he was personable and professional. This was our second spot looking to get a car after a not so great experience at another dealership. Don was our finance guy and he got us in and out pretty quick. Highly recommend!

First off, let's talk about the warm and welcoming vibe at Subaru of Ontario. They instantly make you feel like a VIP from the moment you step in.And then there's Rocky, the walking Subaru encyclopedia. This guy is a treasure trove of information. He answered every single question we threw at him with a smile. But it didn't stop there - he gave us the grand tour of every car on the lot. We could not find a question to stump him.Don's expertise and easygoing nature take the anxiety out of the financial process too. I couldn't believe how smoothly it went. It's like he's got a magic wand for financial paperwork. He kept us informed and laughing.I drove the extra hour after a friend had told me about her amazing experience and they were worth the extra drive. First time I was at a dealership and did not feel pressured or like I was being swindled!

Went in with wanting to trade in my car... I got a wayyyyy better deal than what I was told in the beginning.... Rocky is the guy to go too!! He wasn't pushy what so ever! He was calm & very very helpful! If you need a new, talk to Rocky! Thanks to him, I wad able to drive off with a beautiful 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Never have I been in love with a car, until today. You won't be disappointed if you go talk to Rocky. Thanks again Subaru of Ontario!

Experience here is hit and miss. You can visit the online sales department and interact with Amber of Cherly and have an amazing experience. You can interact with Rocky and have the worst customer service experience known to man. The service department is the same experience, Brittany is hands down the best employee for that department. Attentive, kind, caring, and overly communicative. You can get Marina and never know what's going on. Miss all time frames committed to and chased her around for updates. I've had oil drain plugs not properly tightend, leading to lost oil, undercarriage cladding not properly secured due to missing bolts after oil change that required that part being replaced due to dragging on floor while driving. While they do correct the issues, they also can cause severe damage to your vehicle. The sevice department isn't as good as it used to be. It's a shame because Puente Hills had the same issues. It's why I swapped to ontario. Maybe it's time to swap back again. The general manager here, Michael Korman, is useless. He is better off handing over the title and responsibility to Cheryl. Someone who is the actual definition of customer service and client retention. Why not? He passes off all the work to others anyway.

Had an AMAZING experience here today with Aaron Brown. He was able to get us a really great deal, and really made the entire experience enjoyable. We left the dealership with an awesome new car, and couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!
