I called the Phoenix location this morning and received a quote from Alisha. She quoted me $95.57 a month for a 20 foot container along with $200 to drop off and $200 to pick up. She then said $179.19 a month for a 40 foot container with a $100 each way more because of the length.Matt sends me a quote via email saying it is $250 each way. I questioned him on the conflict of pricing and told him it seemed rather sketchy. He then proceeded to tell me "lol-you know what I quoted you when I quoted you - don't pretend otherwise". EXCUSE ME? How completely rude. I have documentation from the conversations with Matt - who should be fired - but nothing from the phone conversation with Alisha.

AAA+++ 100% Their response to my inquiry was exceedingly prompt, everyone in the office who answers or receives incoming calls was proficient to provide me rental rates and delivery/pickup price for my location. I can infer from all aspects of my first dealings with them that their administrative and organizational structure is highly efficient like a family organization or even a well engineered machine. They were able to confidently provide an accurate availability and delivery date for Thousand Oaks. Their scheduling and delivery personnel are responsive and proactive. Wow! I just had to say "wow!" Gustavo, the driver who delivered our container was amazing in his ability and technique for lowering and sliding the container from the truck and into the difficult to reach corner on the job site location. He is humble and his commanding technique was amazing and a pleasure to witness. He was on time and called promptly to confirm that i was on my way to meet him. My experience with their driver Gustavo was professional and exemplary and precisely what you might come to experience when you choose to patronize a well run company like "Storage Container.Com" Their quoted prices "ring-true" to what i estimate to be competitive and was satisfied enough that i spent no more time to call anyone else If the first company i call seems to be the best choice, I eliminate the anxiety of fishing around with other companys. The container was aesthetically pleasing, clean, painted white interior, flat floor, secure strong and excellent mechanically functioning hinges and closure mechanism. These guys are great and were a pleasure to work with on our (2) events that ran for 5 months. We had (66) 40' containers and they arrived on time and in great shape, all the drivers were great and when we needed them removed from event venue by a specific date, Bill was able to make it happen by adding additional drivers. Great company to work with, we have been renting storage containers and offices from them for 10 years and they always take good care of us. The units are always in good shape and they make the process as easy as possible.
