I just had the best experience here with the aasociate named Frankie. Frankie was super courteous, and totally saved my day with a free insert for my shoe that was falling off my heel. I'm grateful.

I bought a pair of shoes and it starts to brake after the first time I wear it. I can't wear it anymore because it is broken so It's keep on getting bigger. I didn't know that shoes of this brand is such bad quality. I went to go to the store and ask if they can do anything. The attitude of the employee is extremely bad. They were really rude, they didn't even look at it, and they said they can't do anything. The shoes of this brand are of poor quality. So DISAPPOINT, I will never spend any of my money on this brand ever again. Really DON'T recommended this brand！！！！！！

Visited the store today around 3pm. The store only had about 2 customers at the time. My friend and I were not welcomed in or helped. However they did welcome in everyone else. We ended up just leaving. Super disappointing because I love Madden and wanted to purchase a pair of pumps for work.

I visited the Ontario mills store January 11. I had to return some shoes, that I hadn't had the chance to do so. I was aware that the return was going to be processed as an expired return because it had passed the 30 days, and was aware based on the return policy on the receipt that I would only get store credit, at the current price which was absolutely fine because all I wanted was to return the shoes. I go in and the associate says they can not process the return because it has passed the 30 days. I tried to explain that in the return policy printed in the back of my original receipt states that I was able to return an expired return for store credit at the current price, but the associate leslie was extremely rude, and kept interrupting me when I was simply trying to understand why she couldn't accept it if the policy said it was acceptable. she kept interrupting and was extremely condescending. After I left, her and the 2 other workers who were all at the register by the way, no one was servicing the floor but that's besides the point, laughed as I walked out. I understand if the return wasn't possible if the shoes were worn, without the original boxes but that wasn't the case. Leslie again was extremely rude and condescending, and treated me like I had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. This is the first review I post, because I worked in retail myself and I get it sometimes its alot, but this whole situation was not handled correctly especially by the associates.

I bought a pair of boots there. I just worn them twice and they got wrinkles everywhere. Besides, the material got all pushed in. I sent an email to Steve Madden and I was said I should talk to the manager on duty at the store where I bought them. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do once I had worn the boots already. The boots were not cheap. I paid about $110 for them. I'm really disappointed. I'm never gonna spend my money there again. Neither at this store nor at Steve Madden. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

Shopped here a few times and every time, i have the best help . Everyone is really friendly! Especially with the holidays I'm sure it's overwhelming and people can be rude , but they handle everything professional! Will definitely be returning

First time here...to this mall...under a lot of stress looking for retail therapy and was literally attacked by the retail people working there 5 rep's 1 guy doing absolutely nothing but judging customers as they walked in was shopping for Steve Madden boots I will definitely not ever go there again. When I asked for there names they were all silent after 5 min. I got them to speak but they weren't silent before. As I walked out one of the rep's said "sad" myy tu thought was YES!, ITS CHRISTMAS SEASON KINDness helps..being a TOTAL A****** ! Isn't good for business

Staff is kind and friendly helped me get new boots i needed for an event was gracefully greeted when I entered the store as employees asked if I needed any help with anything! The people working at this store are so hard working and deserve to be appreciated during this season

The people work here is rude and very unprofessional, especially the guy name Brian. The worst customer service ever! They don’t let you return your shoes after you walk out of the store, even if the shoes is still new and clean. It’s not final sale either. But they returned for the person in front of me! This is definitely a DISCRIMINATION!! Don’t buy it from this place, go to other stores and the staff is way better!
