Not very friendly people, don't show up more than 15 minutes before your appointment. They make you check in on a tablet, we should ask for a 1099 form for doing their job for them.

Truck entrance is from the side street to the west. They have good bathrooms, and unloaded my late-arriving load quickly. Better than most!

Very friendly staff once they got started on the loading, it went very quickly. Facility can get kinda tight for backing when lots of trucks inside. Overall a good experience.

Arrived 3+ Hrs early, lady refused. Says she can only allow 15mins Early but never even asked anyone. When I returned she couldn't think straight. Or she played like she was confused. I Finally doc'dand I ended up there solo. No one ever touched the Trailer. I had to walk all the way back to see if I was given the right Doc or if they went to lunch at my appt time and she just kept that to her self.The new lady at Ckin says they are in a shift change and in a meeting, smh. I'm not sure if this wasted time is their fault or the company. Sigh.So she made me wait to check in for them to go to Lunch at my appt time to make me waste my clock. Yes I have choice words for this......

appointment time 10:00AM, check in 9:30AM，at dock 9:45 AM, began work at 12:00 PM, leave at 5:50 PM. the warehouse man wrote down in time : 11:45 AM, he said he began work at 11:45 AM. They never take care of drivers time. Respect yourself, pls

Do not pickup or deliver to this place. They will change your appointment to the next day without any reason. Wasted my whole day. appt changed from 2/1 12pm to 2/2 6am. Arrived 5am. Gave me door but did not start unloading until 6:50am. Ridiculous.

Showed up early for my pickup appointment, and I got a door right away. Just had to wait closer to my appointment to start loading. There is not much parking on the street. Plan accordingly

This place should nit use dock 58 those docks can be a pain and truckers can wreck backing in I'm hoping one day the management can fix this problems we truckers work hard to bring loads hopefully they can be change with that. The unloading is good.

Morning at ten o 'clock appointment for the first time, five minutes early check-in, reached the door, five o 'clock in the afternoon to complete uninstall, seven hours of unloading, go to the office asked many times hopeless, bad luck for the second time to come today, the same booking, office told me the same thing, need didn't finished until five o 'clock in the afternoon, I'm a local driver, hope don't waste of everyone's time!? Second EXPERIENCE, tell everyone please stay away!!

I HAVE BEEN DELIVERING 3 TIMES THIS COMPANY, BEFORE IF YOU CHECK IN THE SHIPPING RECIEVING THEY WILL GIVE YOU DOOR RIGHT AWAY.MY APPT.IS 830AM.THE SHIPPING DEPT.SHE WANTS YOU TO GO BACK AT 9.00AM.YOU HAVE TO LINE UP 2ND TIMES.I DON'T KNOW IF THIS LADY KNOW THE JOB THAT HIS DOING.IF THE COMPANY VERY BUSY, IS OK.BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT REALLY BUSY.THE DOCK IS TOTALLY EMPTY.

Docks 1 to 56 are easy to get into. 57 to 62 are extremely hard with stacks of pallets and garbage can concrete blocks across from the docks. Their are bathrooms, you can arrive early, the staff was ok (a little lazy), the location is pretty easy to get to.
