I usually visit Ralph's but decided to check out Stater Bros. since it's close to home. I visited the Bakery dept..on 12/30 around 6pm I seen a girl cleaning the machines I asked for help getting an éclair from the case. She said she doesn't work in the bakery dept. and the girl who works there would be back in a few min. I said ok. I went and grabbed other items I needed went back to the bakery a younger caucasian girl was in the bakery sweeping. I asked for help getting an éclair from the case. She looked at me with and gave me the dirtiest look I have ever seen and walked away with the broom to the back. My daughter and I looked at each other in disbelief and confused at what just happened. She didn't say I'll be right with you, give me a minute, Nothing! Please train your workers on how to treat people. I honestly don't think I will be back to this store. I received horrible customer service. This girl obviously hates her job. Please do better!

The meat department and deli always ignore you and chit chat..there was no French bread out..and they had some on a rack in the bakery...I had to wait while the person working the bakery wrote on a cake..while 3 people in the deli did nothing. After 5mins I asked the person in the deli if they could just get me a loaf of french bread...I was given some piss poor excuse as to why she couldn't. And then when the lady working the bakery was finally done writing happy birthday on a cake..which took her forever l, she gave me attitude..questioning if there was really none out there??? Seriously I wanted to wait on her slow behind to get something that was already there??? Ridiculous employees here

Clean in fact a gentleman was sweeping the aisles and waited for me to leave the aisle before entering the aisle to sweep it. The store was well stocked. The employees were great friendly.

I have always received great customer service at the Stater Bros. Shelves are always fully stocked. The California Rolls are always tasty. The Chicken, Chicken Strips and Mojo potatoes are always delicious too. But sadly, we were not allowed to buy the last 24 pcs of fried chicken at 7:15 pm because we would be buying all the fried chicken in her case! And...I'm a customer and I am here right now in front of you wanting to buy up your delicious chicken. I asked if she was going to be making any more and she said no. How is that good customer service to not sell me the chicken so you can save it for two other customers after me? What's wrong with me and my husband? I mentioned it to the sweet cashier Leslie. She and another cashier made an effort to correct this rudeness by going to the deli counter and asking her to box up the 24 pcs but of course by that time she has already sold 12 pcs. She tried to tell the helpful cashier that she couldn't because she only has 12. Well not when I was at the deli counter, I counted to make sure there was enough while she was finishing up with another customer, and she counted them too! I told this to the two cashiers and I completely appreciated their efforts to rectify a wrong, 12 pcs would not be enough for four adults and six grandchildren! I did notice she had a lot of breast pcs in the case. Maybe she didn't want to sell me that many breast pcs for the mixed price. But she could have charged me more for the breast and the mixed price for the other half. Good customer service is making it happen for a loyal customer. You want me to come back and spend $100 or more every week in your store instead of the Ralphs that is much closer to home! The customer may not always be right but they are first and they matter to your bottom line profits! The store is always clean and well lit. I have been a loyal Stater Bros customer since I was 17 and had my 1st apartment! Bring back the one free cookie for the kids, I miss that smile they get when they are handed a delicious cookie!

This is the first time I've ever been to Stater Brothers. This one is in Ontario near Eastvale. The store inside is immaculate, customer service is more than excellent and the customers are pleasant. They have some decent prices, a lot of things are on the higher site though but I will be back when I want a nice stress-free shopping experience.

Nice Stater Bros location. Do not buy flowers here though. Every fresh flower I have purchased, including the orchids, have died significantly faster than flowers I have purchased elsewhere.

This was my first time in this Stater Bros. I just recently moved from East Moreno Valley/Rancho Belago to South Ontario. While this particular store is a little smaller than my old Stater Bros on Moreno Beach dr, it's still very nice. You can tell it's a newer super market, clean and well kept. I purchased deli chicken and it was very very good. Fresh, flavorful and the pieces were huge. This is definitely going to be my market going forward.

Very clean and organized. Loved the house plants in the front. Some of the produce was lacking flavor, which is why I prefer farmers markets. Overall on the pricey side.

It's always clean. I have an electric cart available when I go in. They have good selections. The employees are polite and helpful.

Meat department sells nasty ass beef. Every time I buy beef, that's shit turns brown and it stinks. Bought Carne Asada meat on 8/13/23.....it is 8/16/23 and that shit smell like roadkill. Waste of $14. I've had some issues before with their nasty ass ground beef doing the same thing. Fucking gross.

Tonight I went with my 3 kids to get some groceries and I had the most sweetest attentive cashier named Parson. He gave my two girls stickers. Thank you for making my night and shopping experience less stressful.

Amazing market to get groceries done. Rose, who works in the deli/bakery section of the store, is kind and super helpful in making our order for a party the following. This stater bros is my wife & I's favorite store to visit. 10/10 best market out there with an amazing employee!!!

Clean store has everything that anyone would need BUT….. definitely don’t go there on a bike because the shopping carts blocking the bike ( most of time )parking…..Most of time I go there it’s doesn’t have much space for me to go in therePlus there are spiders in there

The Cashier in Market Place are very rude .we bought fried chicken it took us almost 10 minutes before someone attended to us and they are two people in the counter .the lady in charge was very rude they run out of box i told them to put it on plastic ,they said to wait to for 10 minutes .I told them to put it on plastic’s,and she said no in a rude manner ,there was fried chicken in the warmer available she said to wait for a new fried chicken.i told her its fine i told her its okay still she refuse ,we been waiting for almost 15 minutes for a box finally she gave me the chicken and she put it in a plastic,The line was long people where waiting for order ,she was very stress and was giving attitude to her customers ,she even told me in a rude manner you cannot pay her go to counter ,We did nothing wrong we just want to order chicken ,we always go to different Stater here in Inland Empire people in the Market Place are very friendly and accommodating,This is the first time I encounter this cashier or server in MarketPlace .I will never buy again in that Market Place .I will tell my friend not to go to Stater in that location.Hopefully the Managers will educate her the proper way to be nice to customers.Customer are the bloodline of every business .The Time of Transaction 5:30 to 6:00 pm July 15,2023 .We really liked this stater it is near our Place .But with what happened we will not set foot on that place again.

During my visit to Stater Brothers, I encountered a particular issue with one of your cashiers, an older lady. Regrettably, her behavior did not align with the level of professionalism and courtesy I expect from your staff. She appeared dismissive and laughed at customers' inquiries, which left a negative impression on me and others present.Furthermore, it was disheartening to witness her mistreatment of her coworkers in a public setting. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also diminishes the welcoming atmosphere that Stater Brothers is known for.I sincerely hope that this incident is an isolated one, as I have generally had positive experiences at your stores in the past. However, it is essential for Stater Brothers to address these concerns to maintain its reputation for outstanding customer service.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I genuinely appreciate the efforts made by your team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and I hope that my concerns will contribute to fostering an even better environment for both customers and staff members alike.
