I had an excellent experience at Ultimate Collision Specialists. They were professional, provided great customer service, kept me updated on the repair status, and paid attention to details. I felt valued as a customer. The quality of work performed on my car far exceeded my expectations, my car looked brand new. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a worry free experience during a time that can be very stressful.

Wow! I had my first accident and I was recommended to come here and I’m glad I did. Aldolfo and his team run this shop amazingly. They gave me advice on how to go about insurance, rentals, and kept me up to date about repairs without me having to call them myself first. My car looks BRAND NEW. Great service and great people! I would definitely recommend this place to even my own friends and family.

Adolfo and his team did an amazing job on my Genesis G70! I will say that I was concerned about matching the custom paint color but I was immediately put at ease when I drove up and saw my car. It was beautiful! Not only was it repaired, it was washed and polished inside and out AND the paint job blends seamlessly. The repair took a little longer than expected due to a backordered part, but I was never kept in the dark about the status. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have my car back and having it look so beautiful. I highly recommend Adolfo and his team for any collision work you might need.

Recommended by my Genesis Dealership. Dented and scratched back right door. Adolfo and David explained each step of their process and called to update me whenever my car went from one stage to the next. They even made sure to match the paint to original manufacturer and wrapped the car. Excellent customer service, excellent craftsmanship, excellent attention to detail. Will be recommending this place to all friends and family.

Ultimate Collision did an amazing job at getting my car fixed and color matched. I was apprehensive that the color wouldn't match because it only was available for 1 year, but they matched it to perfection. These guys go above and beyond. Don't hesitate, they have your back.

I had a hit and run over a month ago and they recommended this place, talked to Adolfo and at first I needed just a replacement for my mirror but he inspected the car and it had more damage than I expected, had to go through my insurance and upon that more damage was seen. I appreciate the updates that I was given by Marisol every week she would call and give me updates and ask me if I had any questions or concerns, also I was sent some pictures too about how the work was going on. I know this is a long review but before I had use another collision company and I regret it so much, they did a bad and lazy job even though it has "life time warranty" that part is crooked and been told by this company that until it falls down they cannot fix it.
Picked up my car and it looks as good as new, feels secure and you can see the job is well done, outstanding quality in matching the color of the car and fixing all the damage that had. Also they handed me a clean car, something that other companies wouldn't do. Thank you!

Recommended by Nissan Dealership mechanic. Went for a collision repair. Repair took roughly 4-5 weeks to repair, specifically due to insurances delay. The owner paid for my Uber to my residence after submitting my car to the shop and also assisted in paying for a rental for a few days, due to me making the mistake of not having rental coverage at the time of my collision. I would receive weekly calls to update on my vehicle status, my car was in the shop so long that my 3 years old battery did die, however, they jumped my car and followed me briefly to ensure I would be safe to drive home and let it recharge. My battery is not the fault of the shop, as it was due to replace. I highly recommend the shop, and will go in the future myself - if needed.

I was referred to Adolfo from my Nissan dealer for repair on my rear right side! We set up an appointment right away, as we met I had a trusting feel due to the fact that he was very knowledgeable and honest. Once the job was completed it looked band new, like nothing ever happened! Thank you Adolfo and staff for an outstanding job and service!

David and Marisol were very patient and helpful. I was missing my passenger side mirror and had damage to the fender. They left my car looking brand new they definitely did an amazing job. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.
