Went in to cancel my services and there was a 15-people queue with only 2 reps on the floor—make that make sense. I guess when you’re a multi-billion dollar company like Spectrum, overworking and undervaluing your employees is the norm. Not only does this show a blatant disrespect for customer time, but it also highlights a corporate culture that prioritizes profit over people. Waiting for hours just to be seen, I observed firsthand the stress and frustration on both the employees’ and customers’ faces. It’s clear: Spectrum’s operational model is fundamentally flawed, prioritizing their bottom line at the expense of decent customer service and employee satisfaction. Such a disheartening experience solidifies my decision to leave. Companies like this should not be supported.

Disgraceful Decline in Customer Service at Spectrum Mobile - Ontario Mills MallRating:I used to be a loyal Spectrum customer, drawn in by their promises of exceptional customer service and quality products. However, my recent experience at the Spectrum Mobile store in Ontario Mills Mall has shattered any remaining faith I had in this company.It's evident that Spectrum's once-praised dedication to customer satisfaction has plummeted into oblivion. Gone are the days of helpful and knowledgeable staff who genuinely cared about their customers. Instead, I was met with indifference and incompetence.One particular individual, Christopher, epitomizes everything that is wrong with this establishment. Not only was he shockingly rude, but his lack of product knowledge was appalling. It's baffling how someone in a customer-facing role could display such blatant disregard for their job and the people they serve.Christopher's nonchalant attitude only exacerbated the situation. It was as if he couldn't be bothered to assist me or even pretend to care about my concerns. His dismissive demeanor left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.Furthermore, it's evident that Spectrum Mobile has failed to invest in proper training for their employees. Christopher's incompetence reflects poorly on the entire company and undermines any semblance of credibility they once had.In conclusion, my visit to the Spectrum Mobile store at Ontario Mills Mall was nothing short of a disappointment. If this is the new standard of service that Spectrum deems acceptable, then it's clear that they have lost touch with their customers' needs and expectations. Save yourself the aggravation and seek out a company that actually values its patrons.

This company is a joke. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's no wonder they are hemorrhaging customers. No one at that company seems to know what they are doing and they keep raising their rates. Count me as an ex customer

Great customer service. I did not have an appointment but was seen in 15 minutes. Can't remember the person's names but both were very polite and helpful to the other customers as well.
