Needed a pair of boots for short use, but after wearing these for several days realized what a gem they were for just $26 (and change). Just as comfortable, if not more than, my Ugg’s. Service was great considering how busy they were. My guest associate was terrific! Headed back for another pair in a different color (hahah). I visited the Ontario Mills location.They following day I went to the Montclair Place store where the owner (?) was curt and not very friendly. They were out of my size but didn’t suggest anything else. Corroborating some of the other reviewers.

My daughter and I love this shop. They have the cutest collection of shoes with a great variety. The sales clerk was very sweet and very efficient. The shop is often very busy and she never hesitates to help us, she’s always quick to find the sizes and verify available stock. They have a wide range of styles for both casual and special occasions and their prices are unbeatable.

The shoes sold here are super cute, but it comes with the rudest store clerk ever. I think she is the supervisor, small petite Hispanic lady. I try to go with time so that I can pace myself because she has an attitude for everything, especially if she has to search for multiple shoes for you; and forget coming here if your thinking about running in 15 min before closing because the door will either be already locked or she’ll be rushing you to get out so she can close. Such a shame, it seems like she really hated her job and the majority of the time, I’d rather pay more and just go to an expensive store to not deal with her ugly attitude.

I recently purchased sandals from Spaza last Saturday. I work them Sunday & then on Monday at work they ripped from the side. I literally wore them TWICE and I was very upset. I came in to the store to try to get them exchanged and they said I couldn't exchange them because they have been worn. -_- well duh, they won't rip just sitting in the box. And it's not specified in their return policy. But I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't exchange them so I just threw the sandals in the trash and walked out. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing heels or sandals from this store ever again. It was completely unfair and a waste of money.

I'm not too sure about the customer service about this store because I'm not a regular customer at this particular shoe store location. The woman that serviced me was good. But the shoes here are cute and the most affordable. Comfortable too if you're heel isn't 4 inches high. I found some real cute peep toe black booties. Only $15. My favorite going out shoe thus far. So comfortable. Thank you for your shoe store Spaza.
