I went to the car wash this afternoon and had a really bad experience, once the car wash was done , my car wasn’t washed properly. It had soap/foam around most of my car, and I told one of the employees about it, and she completely ignored me, and avoided me. I ended up taking my car to another car wash, I will definitely not be coming back here.

personally, have not gotten my vehicle wash here before. what i am aiming at though is the crew working there, recently i had gone to apply with a presented resume. don't know if it ever got turned into the right hands, but the employee to which the application was given too was napping on the chair moments prior to arriving. all in all, So cal express? get better workers.

I do not recommend it...last Saturday when I was riding the machine something broke my tail light...they told me to fill out a form and that they would contact me and. They haven't done it...I've gone to see if anyone can help me but the employees there don't give me an answer....

Came to get the monthly pass or gift card as a Father's Day gift and was told there are no gift cards. Ok, no worries, I'll pay for the monthly pass and put it in a card. That's not available either. What? The guy says you have to pay for it and get the sticker. I said yes, that's what I'd like to do. He said, "But we can't give you the sticker." It has to go on the car. I explained it would go on his car. Still no. Ok, I asked for the owners name and number and refused the information. Refused? Yes, refused! Went to the website... no info!
