The Skechers Factory Outlet is only a few miles from my home. For this reason ever since I discovered it, it has been the "go to" place for my Skechers purchases. Currently there are less bargains in the clearance section than they had pre-Covid but I still always manage to find a pair or two for my myself or my family, either in the clearance section, or on the main floor. And the staff is always ready to answer my questions and be of help. Yesterday, Saturday, Oct. 21st was an extremely busy day. I'm spite of that the staff was friendly and available to answer questions. I was extremely impressed, and am thankful to HELEN that afternoon. I was with my 5-year old grandson choosing shoes for him, and I had my budget figured out earlier, including the $10, that I was to redeem from my Skechers Elite rewards. However, upon checking out with Helen, I had done something on my app and was unable to use the full rewards. For some reason I felt so disappointed, after a busy day even before going to the store. I expressed my disappointment to Helen. I was so impressed and touched when she just didn't cut me off as some petty senior who was taking too much of her time already. She empathized with me and tried to do all she could to make sure I was l to able to get the initial discount that I was counting on.I was so touched by her caring gesture. I walked away a happy and satisfied customer once again. Thank you very much, Helen, for making my day, and for making me believe that there are people who care about each other. I know, that on day, someone will show you the same kindness you showed me yesterday.

Row after row of shoes, wide rows' and every type of Skecher shoe you could want. Of course the one shoe that felt good had no mate, but they dragged out the ladder and got the box down from the top shelf for me. Lots of sales' this one was buy one get one pair half price. Even better, I remembered to use my gift card. Check out was easy, and the store has clothing and bathrooms.

Went there, they have big signs, buy one get get one for 50%. These are come on in and spend your money. Started browsing and you decided to buy one and get another one for 50%. No !!! You can not get the second Sketchers because what the next pair should be are those other branded sketchers pairs. After all, it is not true to all pairs.

Nice store with nice casual footwear and fitness wear. Prices are good and lots of selections. Will buy from them in the future as my wife likes their styles also. There were no pushy salesmen or sales ladies.

First time there, we kept saying to ourselves, "These prices are Great, they had our sizes which are popular and the latest styles. We'll be bringing our grandchildren back soon.

I was trying on shoes and had some boxes on top of a display, then one of the guys that work there ( African American guy) told us to place the shoes on the floor. He moved our boxes and we apologized about it. After that I was trying to put back a box of shoes, I didn't notice they were on the wrong place but he was walking on the other aisle and yelled at me: "YOU DID NOT FIND THOSE THERE! YOU DID NOT FIND THOSE THERE!" He was very rude and territorial. I wanted to try more shoes but felt very uncomfortable so we stopped shopping and left.

This store is huge and has every sketchers shoe ever made! There are even separate sections for just work shoes, wide width shoes, hands free slip on shoes, etc.... The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. I took away one star because I couldn't find any employees in the floor to help with finding a shoe. When I did hunt someone down, she was less than enthusiastic to help.
