iF THIS COMPANY WANTS TO STAY IN BUSINESS, PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTIONS PEOPLE POST TO YOUR COMPANY FOR HELP. I LEFT MESSAGES, CALLED FIVE PEOPLE ON THEIR PHONE SET UP, THAT IS A JOKE AS NOONE ANSWERS OR CALL BACK....GRRR I AM DESPARATLY SEEKING A SHOWER CURTAIN DOOR FOR MY 2015 NEXUS VIPER. THE PATENT NUMBER IS P/N 3664NA. IT HAS PLASTIC LONG STRIPS ON BOTH SIDES AND SLIDES FROM THE TOP ALL THE WAY DOWN INTO A TRACKING SLOT...ANY CLUES...PLEASE HELP ME.

called SEA for missing trim on bottom of my shower door and they shipped 2 strips at no charge even though my trailer is 2014. the customer service from this company is amazing and really rare in today's economy. This is a great company !

The fact that a commercial supplier will take “retail” calls and sell direct is exquisite. If you too have a travel trailer with a shower curtain, order an upgrade! Thanks Traico, your service was phenomenal

I live in a 2021 class A motorhome with Shower Enclosures of America inside the bathroom. One of the fixed panes exploded. I searched all over for a replacement and my dealer was going to charge me a huge amount to replace it. I called these folks and the CEO called right back. He arranged everything and all I had to do was show up! The CEO and a helper were sooo nice they replaced the glass THEMSELVES in an hour.THEY REALLY STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS! AND HAVE GONE WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US OUT!Shower Enclosures of America YOU ARE THE BEST I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!Dave and Deb Z

This is not open to the general public although I suppose the front desk would probably take your "enclosure desires"? & send out a salesman. No diy service.

A little detective work on a broken cabinet latch led us to SEA and an email asking about a replacement...resulted in Veronica sending us... TWO FREE cabinet latches...and she sent it prepaid postage. That is Customer Service. 5.1 stars,This was for our motor home but it appears all types of doors and cabinets that use a latch might benefit from a visit.Peter H.

Hard to post a category for SEA. They sell latches and other hardware for home and RV cabinets and doors. Anyway, I tracked them down via a patent number on one of their latches, to replace an OEM latch (with no part#) on our motor home. Offered to buy....but Veronica sent TWO, free, postage paid to us. OMG ! Give them a try. Pretty sure you will be well pleased.

Twice I have contacted Shower Enclosures America Customer Service for help with parts for the shower enclosure in my motorhome. They have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the support they provided. Too bad more companies don't provide the friendly, knowledgeable service the SEA does!
