First experience was fine as expected through insurance. Second go around (not going through insurance) no call back & didn't answer calls for two weeks. I think they are only interested in Insurance work. Too much competition out there for this kind of customer service....

SHOWCASE Auto Glass was recommended to me by my auto repair shop. They said they do their windshield repairs. Since I know, my mechanic shops strives for excellent service. I decided to try SHOWCASE in Ontario and they exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job replacing the broken back windshield of my hatchback and gave me insider advice on how I shouldn't be using the aluminum like car sun shades I was using because they could damage my cars electronics on the window. I appreciated the advice and speedy safe service in the time of COVID-19. I had to write a positive review.
