If he send you a forklift for repair or any repairs, don’t recommend you do the repairs for him very rude. We did all the repairs that he requested and called me back and started cursing us I would never work for him again. ????

Absolutely horrific customer service. I purchased a refurbished DELL Latitude E6410 from Shivnet through Newegg on Black Friday because my computer crapped out 3 weeks before a major project was due. I received the laptop within a few days, however the tab, shift, and delete keys did not function. I called the company immediately. The person who answered the phone listened to my issue and told me to leave my name and number, and that someone would call me back within a few minutes to troubleshoot. This did not happen. Instead, I called them back the next day. Again, I was told I would get a call in a few minutes to half an hour. Again, no call. Finally on my third call to the company, I got someone who claimed he could help me. He asked me to send an email and that I would get an RMA emailed to me. When I explained the urgency of the situation, I was told I would get an overnight return label, and that my replacement laptop would be overnighted as well. I was promised I would get my replacement laptop with plenty of time to get my project completed. Three days later I was emailed a ground shipping label. I shipped the computer back the next day and heard nothing for *four weeks*. Finally, I emailed them back again asking for a status update. The response was, and I quote, "We got your laptop. What's wrong with it?" I replied, restating the issue, and complaining about the abysmal customer service I had received. The response? "We are testing it now and IF there is a problem with the keyboard, we'll ship you a replacement." Again, I'm quoting directly. To recap:1) I was sold a faulty product (which I understand as it was a refurb).2) Getting a RMA was like pulling teeth3) I was promised that I would get a replacement within days. Over a month later, I have not received a replacement yet.4) After being lied to repeatedly, I was then accused of lying myself.Literally the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life.
