I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.
Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.
Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.
I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”

“Went to pick up an item I had held at the UPS customer center. Very friendly efficient staff. Great convenient parking for customers. I was in and out within minutes.”
“Great place to pick up. Easiest way to enter is off of Milliken. Plenty of room to turn around and back up . Jennifer at the check-in window is very nice and courteous always a smile on her face not like other warehouses you pick up from where it seems like they’re all hating their jobs and giving us drivers an attitude. She explained how the process works gave a dock door. Loading is very quick 20 pallets 30 min. they are really running this place smoothly and very fast.”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. “I went to the Ontario facility to pick up a package. After seeing some of the reviews on Google Maps, I was expecting to fight someone.
No only did I not have to fight anyone, I walked out in a way better mood. The staff was awesome! There were only two ladies working the desk, but they hustled to locate customer packages.
Not only were they helpful and courteous, when they had trouble locating a package, they would come out front and update the customers with the status of the search.”

Someone complained about only one person in line. If your definition of a great PO is to have a long line go to the one on Arrow. Please stay away from this nice little alternative.”
“Came in today with Passport appointments was help by the wonderful Ms. Anika, I wrote out my checks incorrectly she advised for me to get new checks and come right back in to finish my appointments. I did just that, she helped me fill out all my documents correctly with no pressure, great service and patience. Everyone was extremely detailed, attentive and to the point (which I think some might confuse with rudeness) overall very helpful. Ms. Anika thank you!”

“I showed up to pick up a box at 9am. The person who should have opened at 9, Cosby show up that day. But Nancy who works in the computer in the back came up front and opened the door. My package was still in the container, so she had her team start working on tyler during process immediately to find the package. Nancy did a great job stepping in.”
