Really helpful and communicative! However; Attention homeowners (and anyone doing repairs): I was informed that when properties are built, the contractors; to save money, will water down the paint that they get for the finishing touches. The employee at this location helped me by getting as close of a match as possible to the sample I brought in so that I could hopefully do touchups without having to water down my pain or otherwise spend more money by painting from corner to corner the entire wall. I appreciate the effort and willingness to help during an already stressful time doing repairs.

Hours are wrong. They close at 6 M-F. Not sure if these are holiday hours but I just went hoping to get what I need last min and their hours on the door are different.

You would think a company with one product would do it great. That's not the case here. Let's start with the poor guest service. We were the only people in the store and the service was terrible. There were two people behind the counter. We asked about a program that could show us what the color would look like on our home. They both acted like they never heard of such a thing. Then one of them said we do have an app you can download. So we are in the store and download the app and the Internet service/cell service in the store is so dismal you can't even actually use the app correctly. After the guy takes us to the color samples he disappeared to the back. They were out of many of the color cards we wanted to look at. Since we couldn't find either the the employees we opened the area below the sample cards to see if they had more of the color we were looking for. They didn't. Finally we just left. The only reason we went here was our painter sent us. We called and told him he can still paint our home but he must use a different paint company. Even the big orange box store's paint Dept provides way better derive then this place and charges less for their high quality paint. Save yourself aggravation and avoid this place.

I manage an apartment community and we get all our paint here. Jerry and Adrian usually help me and they are both awesome! Super friendly and get me what I need quickly. Highly recommend!

Wow super impressed with this is the fourth time I paint my own house in this is the first time I actually go to Sherwin-Williams and let me tell you what a difference these guys turn paint into an art . There is no comparison between big box stores and the knowledge that these guys possess speake to Adrian he helped me

In the process of remodeling my new home and in desperate need of a paint connoisseur. I came to this location and omg, Angie is amazing! She explained the paints so well showed me tips on how to view the swatch wall and compare colors against the trim color. My husband and I ended up picking the color Pearly White thanks to her! So relived our search for paint is over.

Love their paint. Unfortunately if you go into the store and need help with colors and are a layman at home painter like me then their employees and managers are clueless. I've been in there 2X and both times I left extremely frustrated at their lack of help. They "seem" helpful, but, they simply will not tell you, the layperson who works at places other than a paint shop, the different facets of painting and the details of even figuring this "paint thing".
