Payed for car wash when I went through car looked worse than went in plus for a added bonus piece of metal broke off n punctured my tire Mercedes run flat $400 tire when told person working there she said nothing they can do about it most expensive car wash I ever got DONT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!! What happened to customer service?

Expensive gasoline. Big store inside tho for snacks and more. They also have a car wash.

Wth happened to AMPM? This used to be one of if not the busiest gas station there. Changed to Shell and gas prices went way up, and the place is a ghost town. They also weirdly took away support for Apple Pay and other touchless payment options which is strange. Avoid this place. Luickly AMPM is still on Archibald.

DO NOT use the carwash here. Spray nozzles are broken off of the machine so it doesnt soak your car properly & im pretty sure it was completely out of soap and the other chemicals to wash and wax. This was my second and last experience with this carwash since shell took over the arco and i wont get my car washed there again.

1 star for the car wash. There are 3 options. The cheapest one is $8, then $10 and I think $12. I chose the $10 one and parked my car in the car wash. First of all, no soap was dispensed. Basically sprayed water back and forth on the car. When I got home I inspected the car. There were still splash marks by all 4 tires and the trunk was still dirty. The whole car was covered in light dust due to high winds the past week. Looked like when I went through the blower, it pushed all the dirt to the back. I mean, the water didn't even rinse it away. Don't waste your time here. I've been to other drive thru car washes and although it's not the same as hand washing your car, it was better than this place.

There is an old guy with glasses, curly gray/black hair working now between 7p and 8p on 11/15/2019 whom was very rude from the time I walked in to ask him about the restroom from the time I ask him for his name to report his rude behavior...maybe he is racist against black women or something but I didnt deserve to be greeted with such rude and unprofessionalism that this guy gave me...I was going to make a purchase but I dont spend my $$$ where I am receiving very rude service...This guy needs to be trained on how to give good customer service when a customer is asking you a question about your establishment...I want to hope that Arco/AM/PM are not that desperate for employees that they would allow such unprofessional, rude behavior to represent them...Please check your cameras at this location, on this date, during this time and you tell me if I or anyone else deserved to be treated with such disrespect from your employee...
