2/1/2023 2ND VISIT -DAMAGE BUMPER: took my car to get my front bumper replaced and again they did one amazing job. I'm so happy my car looks like new. a shoutout to KENDRICK !! he always keeps me inform of my car and provided me with updated !! you rock!!! thanks somuch for all the great service and all the staff the front office lady is so sweet and friendly ALL THE STAFF IS AMAZING and my car looks great!!!. 5*****THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME IF YOU NEED REPAIR SERVICES FOR YOUR VEHICLE!! First I was desperate and upset because of my accident. My first contact was RAUL,. the nicest person that helped me through out the entire process helping me get my car in and quickly into the shop to get repair, they make the process so easy and everyone in that office is nice and friendly and HONEST!! THEY explained step by step and they keep you informed by texts and calling you to give you updates AMAZING PLACE AND MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW they fixed the front and back bumper and other other areas. the service is amazing.I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS GOOD SERVICE AND EXCELLENT RESULTS I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY CAR ND LOOKS BRAND NEW- Excellent service and understand and listen to your needs and t-All the staff is professional and they explain in detail the entire process-The building is very professional and clean- you get text updates all the time to let you know the estimated time and how the car is getting done- RAUL !! I am basing this 5 star review on the Staff. They seem knowledgeable and very friendly. I can't say anything else because we were only there for an Appraisal. First of all, attitude check. 2nd, no recommendation nor suggestion. 3rd, not coming back. We got car repaired in a week at another place. But the attitude we got from service Kings advisor was uncalled for. If you can't offer any service, at least recommend something.

My husband and I recently got into a little 'fender-bender' and decided to take a chance on the Ontario location of Service King Collision. It can be a little nerve-racking selecting a place to work on your car after an accident, but the staff at Service King Collision Ontario eased all of our anxieties right away during our first meeting/consultation. We initially interacted with Raul who was extremely patient with our questions, informative, and thoroughly walked us through our options moving forward with the repairs. We also had the opportunity to interact with Jenn who was also very helpful and gave us honest and direct feedback/advice about our concerns with the repair overall. Our initial exchanges with both Raul and Jenn were positive and left us feeling confident in choosing Service King Collision Ontario with our car. The team at this location worked efficiently and had our vehicle back to us sooner than we expected. We received consistent communication through text and phone calls each step of the way so we were always informed about what was taking place with our car. When we picked up our vehicle upon completion of the repairs, Jenn brought us to the car and ensured we were satisfied with the work that had been done. My husband and I were floored by the impeccable work their team did. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car which were both needed even before the accident/repairs (LOL!). Thank you Service King Collision Ontario for the outstanding repairs on my vehicle. I recommend them without any reservations and would return in the future for their trustworthy, fantastic, and friendly service.

This is the initial post prior to having Shamu worked on. Thus far day one the responsiveness of the gentleman I worked with for the estimate was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Day two the madam that's receiving the vehicle is courtesy as well. How we I just encountered an employee that may have raised a brow..... Until the next time I'll post an accurate rating. Solely based on the negative energy from the other lady it dropped them to a three for today. Let's see if we can get great customer service and a distinguished repair.
