My sales person Roger was excellent! It is rare to find great customer service these days and Roger definitely did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and made my buying experience a breeze. This place has a good selection or decent pricing and I would definitely recommend.

Bob was extremely friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress, even pulling it out of the back so we could lay on it. They have amazing prices and customer service, as well as great deals. If you need an appliance or furniture head here!

Rene, Roger, and Sue were all great to work with. They were friendly and helpful. Gave me a way better price then I could have got anywhere else! I purchased a gladiator freezer and refrigerator separate units and they were in great shape for being a scratch and dent units. Definitely recommend this location over the others.

We have gone to this location with three different family members to purchase appliances. Now we came for ourselves and Bob was the best! He has taken care of us each time and has the best customer service. He is honest and up front. We will continue to bring our friends and family to purchase from Bob and the rest of the staff.

Sue was amazing. She saved the day when I came in to find a dishwasher during my home renovation. Renee and his partner Eric (not sure if Eric is the name, my memory escapes me) also did a wonderful job delivering my refrigerator. It was seamless and they were so kind. I asked them to store it in my garage and it wasn’t a problem. I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received from the Ontario, California location. Thank you!

I had great service from both Bob and Roger during my 2 visits. They were superhelpful and knowledgeable about the products at the store. I bought a mattress and will definitely be back when I need other appliances or furniture.

Arnold & Rene were great. Very nice & helpful. Came in with my wife & kids to get a new fridge & was greeted at ye door with a smile. Finding what I was looking for was east & the checkout process was fast. Highly recommend this place is you are looking for appliances. Customer service is on point
