Terribly unreliable. Made an appointment for a Friday and never showed or called. When I called an individual answered and knew who and where I was calling from so it became apparent that my appointment was on the books. Said that my appointment got mixed up but would not specify any further. Said that they will come by tomorrow first stop! You guessed it..... never showed or called.. I imagine that his work can only be as bad as his promises and reliability. It would not let me post unless I picked at least one star!

I called him about putting a new front guard door for my house. I asked him what days is he available to come by and take measures for my front door to install new guard door and my side gate of my house to heighten the gated fence. He says what days do you want me to come by and take measures and I told him on Saturday at 10am and he says okay over the phone and he never show up at house as promised. I did business him 3 years ago when he installed two front gated fence at my house. As someone says take your business elsewhere where your money is well spent.....

He installed my gates but needed to come back to finish, it's been several months and still not finished. He doesn't return calls! Still waiting for the job to be completed. Not reliable and not professional. Not a good way to do business.

Worst welder ever his work will break within a week or two Customers call him about the fencing breaking he says he'll be back in a week and never does I know this because I had experience working with him not too long ago please save your money and don't buy it from him .

Thanks for standing me up today Paul !! Very unprofessional of you to leave me stranded & not return my call like you said you would. But you know sometimes things happen for a reason I found a great guy Ryan over at Paul George Industries who was at my door in 10min & fixed my gate. Anyone out there looking for an honest trustworthy reliable guy Ryan is the man.

Santana is great! He constructed our fence about 18 years ago, and one finally detached from the garage. He came over and fixed it with no problem. He stands by his work, and is great at it. We highly recommend him!

If you're looking for good quality, pricing and craftsmanship, call Santana's Iron Work. Paul is very reliable and reasonable. He came out to my home on Saturday and had my gate installed the following Saturday. He will work around your schedule. The finished product was exactly what I was looking for and looks amazing. Thank you Paul!!

This person has have the worst customer service I've ever come across. The owner of the business who came out to give me estimates missed his appointment not once but 3 times in a row! After the second time he swore to me that he would be coming out when he promised and then proceeded to come out a day later without even calling. When he finally came out he apologized again and said that he would be more reliable. Against my better judgement I gave him another chance and of course he forgot to call with the estimate until two weeks later when I called him. Again the same reaction, "oh sorry, do you want the estimate, we have it for you." The person who recommended this company to me apologized and admitted that this is not unusual behavior for him and after hearing enough people complain about him he will no longer be recommending him. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time your time with this company.
