My car was broken into and they bent the metal on my passenger side door, scratched the door and back panel, and shattered my window.Took my car to Santana and they did an amazing job in fixing all the damages, communicating with my insurance quickly, and having my car back fast.They do great work and I would highly recommend them.

My faith in humanity is renewed! Very professional and straightforward.Replaced my front bumper and headlights. 2 weeks turn around. They went the extra mile with getting parts authorized.They even washed and waxed my car. I will definitely return if I need work done.

They helped us out a little. They took about 4 days to get back to me on a quote and when I asked if they could do the work they told me that they were behind 4 weeks so they weren’t taking on any new work.

Santanas auto body has been the only shop I ever used since meeting Mike over 15 years ago. He has been the only shop that has taken care of all my cars since from Hondas to my Porsche. I have recommended him to all my family and friends and they all use him because he takes personal responsibility for the quality that is done in his shop. He always uses OEM parts not China imports for parts and your call will look like brand new when you get it back. He also always checks for the little things that we forget about like maybe a bulb is out and if sees it it's fixed and you don't even realize the little things he does that you may not even realize. Mike Santana's work is exceptional! A friend recommended Mike because we needed to find someone to do the repairs on my husband's work truck. Caliber had our truck for 5 weeks and nothing was done so we were desperate to find someone else. What a stroke of luck when Mike was recommended. He contacted us within minutes after our friend called him and he started working on the truck right away and the truck was completed in a little over 3 weeks. Mike has such pride in his work that he went the extra mile to make sure the truck looked really good. We have a Chevy Silverado and we were having problems with peeling paint and some of those spots were not I covered under the insurance claim but Mike took it upon himself and repaired and painted those areas for us anyway. What a guy! Now the truck looks better than when it was new! I can't say enough good things about Santana's Auto Body, it is so rare to find a business these days that take such pride in there work. Mike is also a very down to earth guy with old fashioned values and we met his wife and she is adorable and just ad nice as Mike. I highly recommend Santa's Auto Body

Took my Mom’s Rouge that had front end damage. Car came back impeccable. I mean legit, looks brand new. Shop worked with the insurance. No headaches.

I previously wrote a 5 star review, and have used this shop about 5 different times. My last repair took over 30 days because they could not fix the AC not blowing cold air. After many attempts and finally taking the car to the dealer, the problem was solved and my insurance paid for the repair. I brought up this issue of me having to pay almost $200 more for the rental, and I wast told not to worry about it, on at least 3 occasions, and that they would contact insurance company and get that taken care of. I texted the owner directly and received no response. I had this same issue a few years ago, but they only ran over by a day or two, and didn't make a big issue about it. From now on, I'll just take my car to whatever shop is recommended by my insurance.
