This store is ridiculous. On the Sam's club website specifically says that it is ok to buy food in the food court without the membership, but when I walked in, I got stopped at the front and the lady at the door would not let me in, and so I told her i was just here for the food in the food court. She said, no, you would need to have a membership to buy things in the food court too. I told her I was here last week and they did not ask me for a membership. She said, no, someone told her this morning, we could not enter without a membership, even for the food court. I left, but I did not trust her, so I searched on Google and found out that I'm right, so I went back to the store and asked to speak to her supervisor. Guess what, she let me in... I don't really understand why she thinks she has power to stop customers when her company says SPECIFICALLY on the website that it's something ok to do... Poor customer service!!!!! Sam's club, please have your employees trained before they officially on duty please!!!!!

If I could give this specific Sam's club on mills a half star I would. We've been going with my brother a couple of times already to grab salad, toilet paper and etc BUT it's been 4 times already that they profile my dad. My dad is older bald very tan complexion with tattoos and every time he gets chased down the store and asked for the damn Sam's club card that my brother usually has with him because it's his... Why wait until he's already all the way inside to ask for his card and he's the only one they ask, no one else gets asked just him... 4 times already... if you thought he was suspicious why not ask him at the door when he walked in with my brother? This store is racist!!! Tried talking to a manager multiple times but whoever stops us say they are the managers so who knows.. if you're of color with tattoos and bald be careful or just glue your card to your forehead so they don't stop you BUT I'm sure they'll stop you anyways and ask for your ID to match it....

Check out took 20 mins for 12 items, with only one customer with 5 items in line ahead of me, then another 10 mins at the door to check my receipt of previously paid goods. What in the world is going on at Sam's Ontario??? The cashier was Nonchalantly showing pictures of her dog to the customer in front of us while they randomly chose which iRobot to buy at check out. I'm dead serious! a full blown sales pitch at the check stand for a vacuum!?? NONE of the employees we interacted with looked like they were in any rush to get us home. Someone needs to tell this team to do better....there we no system or technical issues. Just plane old customer disregard...

Absolutely the worst organized Sams club I've ever been to. This place looks like a zoo when it comes to their lines & the food court situation is worse! I placed a mobile order and was told to wait an EXTRA 10 mins for my pizza that should have been done. MARILÚ & FABIOLA have no idea how to run the grab & go, turning everything into a huge mess. Marilú is trying to handle multiple orders at once not serving who she has in front of her & Fabiola is behind her in her ear asking what's next. There's no partnership, just a huge mess.

This store is why everyone goes to Costco instead. Lots of idiots just standing around instead of helping the super long line to get help. They don't have membership cards?! Won't get them for over a month?! Wtf is even going on here? Super shitty stir with awful apathetic workers

This is why the rotisserie chicken is only $5. Raw. Definitely do not recommend. This is the 2nd time I've tried this chicken. The first time was a year ago and it was raw. I decided to give it another chance thinking that maybe the first one was a fluke. Nope. These are just always raw. At least the ones I've bought.

Special thanks to Pam at the Ontario location for making our shopping experience amazing! Was trying to figure out the new Scan n Go app and had a few questions, so I was blessed to find Pam. She made the process of learning and using it easier and enjoyable. If you see her, say hi, she is the most helpful, kind, knowledgable and patient associate there! And the new app is a time saver, props Sam's Club!

I've been a member for 2 years now and have minimal issues here. The biggest perk of Sams is their Scan and Go feature on their app where you can check out on your phone. I use it every single time I shop here it makes checkout sooooo simple, never having to wait in line. The only time you need to get in line is for alcohol checkout. I also like the fact that Sams has bonus cash you earn for the money spent here, so you can apply what you've accumulated to your purchase. I don't have their credit card or anything just a Plus membership and one day realized I had $75 to spend on groceries based on the money I accumulated. Additionally, I love that with Plus membership I can shop @8am before they open to everyone @10am, it is literally empty in the store and don't get that crowded feeling. I recently obtained a Costco membership and will say honestly I still prefer Sams. The only thing I like about Costco over Sams besides the samples are they have more of a variety of frozen products vs Sams. However, I have price compared similar products between both stores and Sams is usually cheaper not by a lot but still cheaper than Costco. I don't understand the hoopla over Costco IMO. Also I've ordered from Sams online and delivered to my house with zero issues. I also like that they have a pretty lenient return policy so I have not hesitated to bring products back that I was unsatisfied with. Sams is pretty solid and I am happy with my membership and recommend coming here if you are interested. Also, forgot to mention their cupcakes are devine especially for parties, and their bakery sweets are awesome. So much here that you can't go wrong. You just have to know what your coming for and save your checkout headaches with scan and go on your app.

Let me start by saying... I love Sam's Club. However, their grocery delivery service needs much improvement. I'm sick and decided to order grocery delivery. Usually I'll do target delivery when I just need a few things, but I haven't been home. I thought Sams would be a better idea so I could stock up. I put in my order around noon and the delivery window was 4-6pm. Fine.At around 6:45 I called Ontario club. They told me to call the website who then told me to call the club. This is a grocery delivery... not a shipment. I told them they could call the club for me and they did. I was sent to the pick-up delivery manager who kept calling me "love". Does that bother anyone else?He told me the driver came to pick up but then decided to return the order because he couldn't deliver it. Ummm... ?!?! And this happened probably a long time ago and no one notified me. So the manager then said they had another driver come and basically say they wouldn't deliver it. At this point I wouldn't get my delivery until the next day. I told him to cancel my order and I put in an Instacart order since it was too late to do Target.Sams needs to work on having a system of tracking delivery orders. At the very least, I should've been notified. I just looked at my app and my order says it's still "in progress". I will be very annoyed if it's still delivered.

I come to this Sam's Club Ontario for one reason only and that reason is for Nature Valley Wafers in bulk size. Otherwise, I will need to buy it from Walmart or Target. Costco doesn't carry this item. It's one of the snacks my daughter takes to school. So I have to keep it in stock at the house LOL. Funny, the 1st time I entered a Sam's Club, I was amazed by the high number of snacks ailses. I was like... WHOA! Snacks Galore! Perfect for me since I'm quite a snacker. However, as I am getting older, snacking has gone downhill which probably a good thing. All these processed foods aren't good for us anyway. I use their self-checkout all the time. Don't really have to deal with staff unless there are issues with scanning. They have a food court indoors. I hear their pizzas are better than Costco pizzas. I haven't tried Sam's Club pizzas yet. I know friends who have both Sam's Club and Costco memberships. Both warehouses do sell same products for the most part, but also different stuff, too. If you desire to have best of both worlds, then get both memberships. Happy Shopping!

I had to stop by to get the battery for the car. Sams club at snellville didn't had it . I had to wait in line for an hour to get to the person. After waiting I found out that the battery is out of stock . I was told the battery will be in stock in two days and to call before coming . I had tried calling them and no one picks up the phone . Called the corporate office and explained the situation and looks like they don't even care but they did connect me to the club not sure how . The manager of the club said they had been having issues with the phones for a month . For a month issue with such big warehouse not getting fixed . its hard to believe . Because we need we have to put up with this worse customer service they provide at snellville sams club.

Why can't they answer the phone at the club? I called many times back to back only to have the line picked up and then hung up. This is nuts! Terrible customer service or lack there of...SMH!

Loves Sam's club and love to see what is new in the store. Can always find something for the grandkids. Great prices and great variety. Prices are better than other places for produce and dairy products

in shorter words: sams club fails to answer their phones unless your ordering a cake. if you're applying here you'll have to contact them for updates because they won't contact you. the managers are rude and don't respect others time and efforts. this is a problem i think cooperate should look into. i will be emailing them to notify them of this problem i applied to sams club and wasn't given any customer courtesy, when i went in for an interview i was told to wait for a minute which ended up being 30 minutes, then when my interview came up two managers kept switching off which i found very unprofessional, lastly i was told i should be expecting a call from one of the managers in which that never came i had to call them myself and might i add no one answers the phones unless your ordering a cake. all the managers seem to be uptight and they don't care for there employees ( i asked employees) neither do they respect applicants or their time.

Rude customer service! I did a order pick-up and received an item that appeared to be opened and or damaged (the box had heavy damage to it as if someone dropped it hard). When I took it inside, mind you immediately after getting it put into the trunk from curbside pickup, I was greeted by the rudest customer service employee I have ever dealt with. She immediately told me that the item was in no way opened, and even suggested that I was being too picky. For one, I am not a picky individual but when it comes to paying $200 for an item, I think anyone would want something that they feel 100% is new and not used. Secondly, I paid for it, not her. If she has that opinion then that's all well and good but I don't understand how she could stand there and argue with me about something that I paid for with my own money. I'm sorry but her attitude was unnecessary.
