Don't ever do a pick up for a rotisserie chicken. You'll get there, wait 40 mins for someone to come and tell you they are sold out. And it'll be another 20 mins for more to be done. Not to mention the rude workers. The girl's excuse was "I was on lunch". And that matters to me how??

That food court line. My goodness they are sooo slow. The arrangement is really stupid. Just compare with Costco. Where Costco may take 3 minutes. Sam's usually exceeds 15 minutes. I have tried to call their administration, but they never answer.

I prefer shopping at Costco, but I don't mind going to Sam's Club from time to time. I used to have a membership with Sam's Club through my job, which I used for purchasing materials and supplies for events. I'm not certain how their prices stack up against each other, but I believe they are about the same. Overall, Sam's Club fulfills my needs.

Iyanla in curbside pickup has a nasty attitude. Everytime I go there she is extremely rude. Why would a company support and allow this behavior? Please get better staff.

I've been a member of Sam's Club for many years. I used to go shopping inside and that typically led to my spending more money than I should lol! Now I primarily shop with their mobile app. When I was shopping online I was having issues with being able to select a pickup date/time. That problem was eliminated once I moved completely over to the app. I like the option of adding my membership card to my digital wallet so in case I have to go inside the store, it's just a matter of showing my phone. The pickup option changed over the years from going inside to pickup the order, to having the order brought out to your car at which time they verify your identify and load your order into your car. It's super convenient and streamlines my monthly visit. I receive an email confirmation for my order, an email and text when the order is ready for pickup, and once I arrive and park in the pickup area, I text I've arrived and confirm my parking slot. It's usually not a long wait for them to bring the order out. There's the option to have items shipped to your home from within the app as well and they offer free shipping if it's over a certain amount or if you have a certain level of membership. I also appreciate the opportunity to earn Sam's Cash which can be used on future orders to help save some money.

I really love shopping at Sam's Club. One of the things that I like most is that they have a lot of products that are packaged for individual use. For example, I could not eat two or three pounds of pistachio nuts, but since they are in individual packets, they stay fresh for me. Another plus is the employees...Whenever I have had a question, the Sam's employee gives me their full attention and is knowledgeable about the product. I appreciate that respect. Also, I noticed that they carry the Keter brand of outdoor buffet furniture, etc. Keter is a brand that uses very little plastic packaging, so I feel good about buying their to-be-assembled furniture. I highly recommend Sam;s Club.

Sam's is luck to have Lexi the front end supervisor. I made a mistake and placed a pick up order at the wrong store. I did the online chat, which they directed me to call the store. After calling 15 times and waiting for over an hour the pick up department picked up and hung up on me! When I finally reached the operator I requested a manager and within three minutes of her picking up my call problem was solved and I received my cancelation text. You need more Lexi's at your store.

Very bad urgency for workers and staff. I have come here a couple times and it seems like the staff here do not have any customer service skills. Also I have used the food court, 2 different times and have experienced problems. They have signs all over the front of the food court for "scan and go, no downloading the app." I used that one instance to order an item that allowed me to pay for it, and the lady at the counter scolded me saying it wasn't available. But I had a receipt that showed I paid for the item. I came again yesterday and waited in the order line because my experience using scan and go was terrible and when I finally got to the line after 45 mins, the lady at the counter tells me it would've been another hour for a full pizza. There was a nice lady who did give me 3 slices of pizza which was good. But as I waited to order, not once did I see a manager or staff assist with an area (food court) that clearly was struggling. I used to work at the Sam's club in Chino in 2011 so I know how busy stores can get but the previous manager or staff would assist if areas such as the front end or cafe was struggling. Strongly recommend to not go to this store if you aren't on a time constraint.

Went from 8 to 18th on wait list for tires sensors after I already came in for an apointment thinking I was getting them replaced only to be told they can only reset due to stock issues. Went to amaerican tire depot who can do the sam day. Also I bought the tires from sams club so it's not like I just came in out of the blue.

The parking lot here is a very very sketchy place. They do nothing to try to remove solicitors transients and whoever else is walking around the lot stalking vehicles and customers. This has been an ongoing problem for years, but it honestly seems like it's gotten so much worse. The last time I was exiting, there was another shopper that showed me her metal bar that she puts in her in her basket just in case she has to fight for her life in her way out. My membership expires next month and I think I'm going to cancel it for good.

There are clear contrasts in this world that are indisputable and a matter of preference and taste... night vs. day, cats vs. dogs, pizza vs. tacos, Chevy vs. Ford, Wal-Mart vs. Target, and, of course, Members Mark vs. Kirkland. Is it possible to find harmony with both Sam's and Costco memberships? I say yes. There are clear differences between both concepts. Costco is the Tar-gèt of warehouse retail. Slightly more upscale and exclusive - always checking your card to see if it's really you on the membership card. Sam's is more inclusive - always offering discounted memberships on Groupon. They are actually more alike than they are different. Both sell Charmin toilet paper, organic tortilla chips, and hot dogs, which we all need and love (although not necessarily in that order). Both have great deals that change on a monthly basis, and so on and so forth. However, for those who are willing to get off their high horse and venture into Sam Walton's warehouse superstores, a streamlined and diverse shopping experience can be yours. What I like about Sam's is the variation in brands and varieties that they stock compared to Costco. That applies to everything from cheeses to tequilas to meats to diapers. Costco carries Huggies, and Sam's has Pampers - at the end of the day, they all end up full of shit and buried in the same place. Sam's Ontario is never crazy busy like the Costco less than a mile a way, and neither is its gas line, and last time I checked, neither owns a refinery. The greatest difference is in the tech, believe it or not! The Sam's App is far superior to the Costco one (which is always glitching and crashing), and it has the Scan and Go feature which let's you add items to your virtual cart as you add them to your physical cart, pay, and skip the check out lines. You can even order your Nathan's Famous ahead of time while perusing the freezer section and pick it up from the dedicated fast lane on your way out. Don't get me wrong, I love me my Costco Warehouse. In fact, I never leave home without my Executive Card, but as a wise man once said, variety is the hot dog of life.

I typically don't have any issues when I come pick up my dog's insulin from the pharmacy. However, the pharmacist Suvi was extremely rude and unprofessional. A very simple misunderstanding that could have been easily handled she made into a big deal. She would not shut up. Her attitude was horrible and she had no sense of customer service. Do better Suvi!
