Everytime I go there's always more than one pump closed I spent at least 30 mins in line today after getting off of work just to get gas. I usually go to Costco but Sam's was closer but I will ensure that I don't make the mistake of going back to Sam's to get gas!

You go and spend almost $200 dollars in the store and these lazy people do not load your cart anymore. So it is like Winco load your cart and pay a membership. I think I am canceling my card.

ZERO stars! 1.5 hours for a whole pepperoni pizza. No way. Employee made a nasty face when we ordered. Worst club experience I've ever had. I'll be sticking to my home club.

Café wait time and service is ridiculous. The line is always out the door, app not working, they don't answer the phone to take orders. Much quicker and easier at Costco.

Ordered curb side pickup at 10am. Scheduled said pick up for 5 to 6pm. Got a notice at 7:57pm order was ready for pick up they close at 8pm.

If I could give this specific Sam's club on mills a half star I would. We've been going with my brother a couple of times already to grab salad, toilet paper and etc BUT it's been 4 times already that they profile my dad. My dad is older bald very tan complexion with tattoos and every time he gets chased down the store and asked for the damn Sam's club card that my brother usually has with him because it's his... Why wait until he's already all the way inside to ask for his card and he's the only one they ask, no one else gets asked just him... 4 times already... if you thought he was suspicious why not ask him at the door when he walked in with my brother? This store is racist!!! Tried talking to a manager multiple times but whoever stops us say they are the managers so who knows.. if you're of color with tattoos and bald be careful or just glue your card to your forehead so they don't stop you BUT I'm sure they'll stop you anyways and ask for your ID to match it....

Check out took 20 mins for 12 items, with only one customer with 5 items in line ahead of me, then another 10 mins at the door to check my receipt of previously paid goods. What in the world is going on at Sam's Ontario??? The cashier was Nonchalantly showing pictures of her dog to the customer in front of us while they randomly chose which iRobot to buy at check out. I'm dead serious! a full blown sales pitch at the check stand for a vacuum!?? NONE of the employees we interacted with looked like they were in any rush to get us home. Someone needs to tell this team to do better....there we no system or technical issues. Just plane old customer disregard...

This is why the rotisserie chicken is only $5. Raw. Definitely do not recommend. This is the 2nd time I've tried this chicken. The first time was a year ago and it was raw. I decided to give it another chance thinking that maybe the first one was a fluke. Nope. These are just always raw. At least the ones I've bought.

I love Sam's a club but the Ontario location is trash. The attitudes of the staff make me drive further. I thought it was just me but the lady in front of me also said they were rude to her too.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Lisa in the bakery department she was the only employee to be helpful Saturday when I went for the chocolate covered strawberries they had In the ad I showed up to do my shopping at 9am being a plus member and I couldn't find any of the strawberries that had been advertised in the ad asked management they were absolutely no help told me to wait till 10am which was already a inconvenience waited till 10 they put a couple out in a location they didn't say and ended up selling out which was super frustrating because I had been waiting in the spot they told me they were gonna be put out at and weren't Lisa took it a-pond herself to go track down one package for us knowing we had been there a hour waiting for one while everyone one else said oh no we're out when it was only 10mins after 10am I'm sure she's underpaid and over worked and doesn't get enough praise for her job ! She showed compassion and humanity while management were rude and unhelpful! Do better we pay a membership and it isn't to be treated so poorly ! Thank you Lisa in bakery I hope you get the recognition you deserve !

This is the only sams club I've been to, and it's horrible. I noticed on 5 different occasions that they scan things twice. I spend at least 40 more minutes getting the items removed. Also, I think it's important to note that the people doing returns treat you like you're trying to scam them. It's extremely uncomfortable to make returns. On another occasion, a worker checking my receipt at the exit was trying to elbow my childs car seat, which was covered with a blanket to see if I was stealing. I've only been here 5 times, and every single time, it's been a disaster. This is worst than a walmart.
