Where to start. If you don’t use RCNS I feel bad for you. I was referred to them for Solar. After several bids I went with them and was blown away with the service. My friend started the process at the same time using a different company because of his friends referral. Every detail was done by RCNS, from start to finish. We both needed a panel upgrade and RCNS did it the same day as my panel install. My friend had to hire an electrician & paid much more. RCNS does EVERYTHING required for a complete install. I was so impressed with them, I decided to have them replace my patio cover (which looks awesome). I received my PIO from Edison within 2 weeks after the install, my friend got his 3months later. I cannot say enough about how great their service, quality, and value are. Save yourself some grief, and go with RCNS for Solar or Cover. I’m positive their Rooms are great after dealing with them, I just did not need that service. I hope this helps. And if you are wondering, I did not know these people before this project, but they are great to work with. God bless.

They're currently at my home failing inspections, they are installed a 150 amp main panel and the contract specifically stated "200 amp main panel". Also this jobs has been going on for months. Edison will not pass the work they did on the main panel upgrade. Solar is producing less than advertised and since they can't pass inspection the solar panels sit in limbo. I get no credit for the electricity they're producing. They have literally made a mess of the electrical. The electrician Greg is horrible and sloppy. He acts all helpful but he and the owner Michael Sarzarian are making a mess of things.

I have been debating getting solar for awhile and finally decided to pull the trigger. Rooms Covers and Solar gave me a great price and handled all the tedious permit issues with the City and electric company. The installation team was great, the panels were installed exactly where I wanted them and I had no issues with any roof damage. Great company, I'm glad I went with them.

after talked to a few companies, we selected Rooms ,Covers N Slolar to replace our old patio cover. A very professional company ! From Sales person (Don) , demo team, office assistant ( Brittany) and installation technician ( Rick, Kyle and Mike) , each of them was so nice, patient and professional . The whole process went very smoothly, and we are very satisfied with our new patio cover.

From estimate to the finished product was great. Don came to our house for estimate and give us a few ideas. He was not pushy with the sales, even though he came out 3 times because we have questions. He is very patient and answered all our questions. It is a huge expenditure so we want to fully understand the process.Next step was the demolition team came ( I forgot their name). They did an awesome job, clean up everything before they left.Installation team Rick and Kyle were friendly, along the whole installation process, I came out and asked them questions, always take the time to explain things. Our next door was so impressed with the final product, he called to book an estimate appointment.We were so happy with the final finished and really enjoy or covered insulated patio. I need to shout out to Britany - She coordinate the whole schedule, always stayed in touch throughout the process from appointment to answering emails.If you ever need a new patio, I highly recommended Rooms, Covers, and N Solar. Everybody on their team is extremely professional. My parents and I both got our solar system and patio covers from them and the experience is so seamless. Darren and Brittany are just two names that I've been communicating with, but the team they send out are just as bad ass. Thanks!

We are so impressed with Carlos at Rooms Covers N Solar. We had a pigeon infestation on our old patio and it had to be removed. Carlos came to our home on July 28 and 29. He worked so hard, alone in 103 degree heat and he did not take shortcuts (the reason I say that, is because now I realize that the man who put in our first patio, DID take shortcuts) Our patio is beautiful and considerably nicer than the first one, put in years ago by a different company. We recommend Carlos highly and Rooms Covers N Solar. The patio is exceptional and very pretty. Thank you, Carlos!!

Mixed experiences after installing patio cover 2 years back. We did not expect any issue, but it did started leaking in the first rain after installation. The great thing about this company is their service. They kept on sending technicians to fix. Guys like JC, Jake, Kyle, Rick are great. They know their trade well. They made the fixes. Gradually the problem is going away. We need to watch for next big rai. Though to properly access the resolution. But they water tested and made sure there is no more leakage. Also their office staffs who takes calls, like Brittney, Michelle are friendly and listens to the customer. I have so far best experience dealing with them. Only was little upset to see the problem happened. Now reading other's stories about leaks caused by their installation I hope they learn and take corrective action. Overall they are great.

When our old wooden covered patio was falling apart from dry rot our painter recommended "Rooms, Covers N Solar." We could not be more thrilled with the finished product. This is a first rate, honest reliable company. Their patios are built with an aluminum product that looks like real wood and lasts forever. No more rotting and termite infestation. From Salesperson Don, to demolition to installer Carlos Lopes we could not be more satisfied. Carlos is an absolute perfectionist and never satisfied until the product is perfect. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could not recommend this company more highly. We've been very pleased with our cover and all the customer service staff, workers and technicians involved in its installation. We recently had a service technician JC (Juan Carlos) come out and he was awesome. He fixed an issue we had after it rained. JC was very friendly, professional and skilled at his profession. I could tell he cares about his workmanship and was a good representative of the company. JC is an asset to your company and I would like him to be recognized for his great work ethic and skills. Do not recommend. Only get to enjoy the patio no more than one year. Major leakage within the 1st year of enclosed patio was built. Electric wiring was damaged by leakage, leading to no lights and AC. Rusting resulted from leakage, not to mention molding! This all happened within the 1st year! Leakage extended to my wall (structural damage). Absolutely NO support now that warranty is expired. Not even a recommendation on who or what company could help with repair! My own handy man informed me that the design of the roof is very poor because it slopes into my wall. If I could give it negative star rating, I would.

about 2 yrs ago had a sun room built off our kitchen on the patio. The product they use for the ceiling & walls is a very cheap grade of some material almost like foam with a coating on it to look like a ceiling or wall. Well never got sealed correctly. We had leaks the first rain. Called to get some one out to seal but not available. Too busy with other customers. Since then we have sealed, & resealed the whole bottom/sides. We had cement-gutters added to fix a drain issue. Still water pooled at end & leaked under the room to inside. Then now fast forward to heavy rain & snow. Well now the ceiling is leaking down the whole crack where the panels meet. furniture wet, damp. This kind of cheap room that was not cheap isn't worth it. Had to add a heater/air conditioner portable since it doesn't come with one. Big drain on electricity. Loved the idea, but don't recommend it for the high desert. It's either too cold & leaks in winter or too hot in summer. Even putting up blinds, & insulated foil in some of the windows it is not pleasant in summer with out the air conditioner. ?
