If you are a wood worker, then this is a shop you should visit. The staff are helpful and the selection is really good.

Nice array of options regarding paints and specialty tools for people who know nothing about woodworking like me. The employees are always helpful. They carry General Finishes products and have shelves stocked with most colors every time I've visited.

No starts ! I’m writing this for my husband, I was there with him .Hello ,On Saturday my husband bought a 3h SawStop at the Ontario Rockler. We put it together on Monday the 27th . The Saw ran fine. On Tuesday around 11:45 the motor stared making a rattling noise. It stoped working 30 min after. On Wednesday the 28th we took the saw back down to the Rockler store asking for an exchange.Paul the associate, told us to hold on so he can get the manager. He comes back and says he’s on a phone call and nothing else. It took the manager 25 min to come out to help us. But he didn’t even do that, he had Paul deal with it and he was no help, to do an exchange. The Manager Matt H. ran back to the back of the store, not to be seen again!Paul was going back and forth with my husband. That he could not return it or exchange the saw.The store sold us a broken/faulty saw and did not help us at all. Did not exchange or try to find a way to help their customer. How is this right ? What is the return policy, was it a final sale, no and that store is making my husband feel like he’s doing something wrong when all he has been to that store is a continuous customer. My husband bought the machine for it to work. This whole situation has put so much stress on my husband and his work, that is now delayed due to this situation. All the time and money being lost due to the store not exchanging the saw.How is this right ? What can be done? How do you treat customers like that?I wanted to report this because this store is not ran right .Thank you ,Natina MoralesSent from my iPhone

I was greeted as I entered the store by a young associate. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. When asked if I needed help I remarked I was getting a lot of little things. He went and got me a basket. I got most of the wanted items, those in stock. After paying for those items, with an added Military Discount I might add, he took me over to a computer and assisted me with ordering the out of stock items that I needed. That kind of service is rare. I shop Rockler because I've never had a bad experience with any of there products.

I purchased the piece of crap bench cookies finishing cones, let's just say I'm pissed off! These POS's left 8 dings in my walnut bench! Why did I spend hours to have a nice piece of work, only to use their crappy products and F up my work! This outfit is the harbor freight of woodworking stores! Screw them and their Chinese crap! Never again

One of Rockler's smaller stores, but generally has a good selection of both tools and good woods. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

This place is just way overpriced. As soon as I walked in the cashier in front called the guy in the back and I was watched instantly as if they were thinking I was going to steal something. Not a good feel so I left immediately. Home Depot is where it's at
