The crew at the Ontario store are great. I only get in so often so before I go I will call them to confirm that items are in stock. They are always good about holding them at the front desk for me for a few hours till I can get in for them. Always friendly, always eager to help.

Staff is helpful and courteous, they assist you and share the knowledge they don’t make you feel ignorant if there’s something you don’t know they take the time to explain it to you. Everything they sale is quality and backed by warranty.

I stopped by the Ontario store to use a gift certificate I had received for my birthday. All three clerks who helped me make my purchases were extremely helpful and very friendly. I currently live approximately ninety minutes away and don’t get in to the store as often as I’d like, but the one thing a remember from all of my previous visits, was the courteous staff (and the awesome Saturday morning classes I used to attend). Great selection and quality merchandise as always. Thanks Rockler!

Still some good tools left, employees are full of helpful opinions. Times are different when it comes to having things in stock due to the demand not being what it used to.

Nice array of options regarding paints and specialty tools for people who know nothing about woodworking like me. The employees are always helpful. They carry General Finishes products and have shelves stocked with most colors every time I've visited.
