Called ahead of time to check if prescriptions were ready for pick up they said to show up in 10 minutes and it’ll be ready. Showed up 20 minutes later and still not ready. Waited for 15 more minutes since they said to give them 5 more minutes, still not ready. They again said to give them 10 minutes and waited for another 15. Still not ready. Give adequate wait times please. No one has time to be waiting around

Can I ask what the point is in them sending me the link for my prescription to be delivered I fill it our they never even tried to deliver my medication and then I received a text the night before they put it back that they are putting it back on the following day. Or why is it that before they would message me for a refill on 1 Rx that goes with another RX so they message me to pick up the 1st one have me go pick it up then the following week they have order the 2nd one have me go pick it up and about 2 days after that they send me another message to pick up the 3rd one but by the time the 3rd one is ready to pick up if I wait by then they put back the 1st one soo here I am waiting again in the 1st place all 3 of them were prescribed to me at once but now they want to only refill them a week apart do people really have the time to go to the pharmacy every other day it's a real inconvenience for people who have full time jobs.

I was reminded again today, why I avoid your stores at all costs. Just do everyone a favor, and close it all down. You literally charged for me for bags, then couldn't provide them, or issue a refund. Then your employees stare me down like I'm stealing. Check your receipts, your the charging fees and not providing the products. Seriously, just shut it all down. It's embarrassing your allowed to fill prescriptions.

Online price is $10 for the lotion but in store price is $12. When asked cashier, not helpful, just not smart. Tell me to buy it online. She was annoying.

Other than the welcome as you enter the Rite Aide, everything else is garbage from the people that work on the counter at the pharmacy.Especially the overweight lady with large fake eyelashes along with wearing too much make up on her face.I showed up for a T-Dap vaccine before 6:15pm and when I asked for the service from this lady she said they don’t do vaccines after 6pm.I called the day before and they told me no later than 7pm. I let her know, that I was told this yesterday. She rolled her eyes at me with her large crow feather eyelashes and said we stopped at 6pm.I very much wanted to curse her out, but instead I walked away nicely.This lady should never work customer service…ever!!!I will be going to Walgreens from now on.Besides the ice cream at Rite Aid everything else is garbage especially that fat lady with oversized feather eyelashes.

This Rite Aid Store is always like a “Plan B” for me. Whenever I don’t have any nearby options to get a desired product (Ex: Gillette After Shave Gel, Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer, GNC Pro Performance Weight Gainer etc.) I come to this store, and they never disappoint me. I also got the 2nd (Second) COVID-19 Booster from here. The people who work here are quite helpful and nice. However, the product price always seems higher than the other stores like Target and Walmart.

Everyone seemed to be decent, not very friendly, though, except for the store manager, herself. She was telling me that she wouldn't know who to call as to why the online order has not shown up, which, for a STORE MANAGER should NEVER say. I told her that the store should know, maybe call someone at corporate? She said, right away, condescendingly, "relax, just relax." Again, as store manager, something you NEVER say to a customer. She said she only said that because I was getting "aggressive." I just suggested to call the main office, one time. Apparently, that's being aggressive to her. She also said that I was blaming the store. She was very good in reversing the story or creating a new one. She is very proud, defensive and authoritative, but it's not in the right place. I'm sure there were reasons for promoting her to store manager but she needs to have a customer service training on being kind and nice. I think that position got to her head. She simply lacked maturity in handling situations. I hope she's kind to her staff. I don't care about me so much bec I really don't have to step in another rite aid again,but those people, have to work with her everyday.Thanks for reading.

I went this morning to purchase a $25 gift card and the stupid cashier charged me $500! How the hell do you hear $500 over $25? So now I'm out $500 in my checking account and have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get my money back! Are you kidding me? Use common sense and VERIFY before your enter the price for a gift card, especially on such a high amount. This is absolutely ridiculous and so inconvenient. It's not that hard to be a cashier, I did that job in high school.
