The meat dept is the worse. They don't respect the numbers. People take numbers and walk away to shop and then come back and think they can just jump in to order their meat. If you walk away miss your number then get another one. They manger all they say is sorry. No wonder why I don't shop in these stores. I was force to add a star but they don't deserve one

My husband went Yoel super yesterday and bought some Pupusas and they were supposed to be revueltas with cheese and chicharrón but it didn't even have any cheese and didn't have much chicharrón; the Pupusas itself looked dried and brittle instead of being soft. If they make them here they should be good and tasty for the customer.

who are these people, that gives 2 star to el super? hey my experience with el super corona ca (rimpau and magnolia ave) was excellent. prices for papya's was good, food court mexican bistec was mucha bueno. banos mucho limpio. eh !!! stater bros by magnolia (banos ) was very nasty, no one likes to clean it, and it is a food places. dirty bathrooms = dirty workers = dirty procducts. please apply this also to restaurants. inspect bathrooms 1st b 4 eating. dirty bathrooms = dirty worker = dirty food. food borne illness( yikes). review 1st zagat rated restaurants, for vermin and cockroach infestations..ay dios mio di me vida. asian restaurants please review health code county violations..happy eating.. sometimes these 5 reviews of restaurants are fake. can you imagine 1000 reviwes on yelp, for a cuban wanna be joint? with a horrible food and services ? waited almost 3 hours for food? horrible nightmare services. thank you enjoy !!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst grocery store I have ever been to .. not only did they give poor customer service but this ignorant associate accused my mom of stealing and sent the security officers after her when my mom came in , they realized she did pay for her groceries along with her receipt she showed to the associate and I called the manager of the store to have them write a formal complaint and this witch had the audacity to say her employee would never do that when they security guard confirmed that the cashier did tell them she was walking out without paying when she was not even the one. Who assisted my mom !! They will be getting sued for their bullshit and I did call corporate to submit a formal complaint .. we have receipts and how dare they ..this is the associate Adriana that accused my mom today Friday 9/21 at 3:45 pm ( they can pull up the cameras ) and this is the manager who refused to take responsibility after the supervising security guard confirmed that the cashier was accusing my mom !! This is ridiculous!!

This place is horrible and the ladies are beyond rude. When being a customer getting our groceries for our home and we decided to give our busy there and we are received with rude lady's that hate their jobs and take it out on the customer. Due to our busy of going in and spending our money there. We are paying there checks. I called three times to speak with the manger about my incident I got hung up upon first time and called back and no answer. Never coming back here again. And I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you need help they will look at you like your dumb. Goodluck

Get more cashiers!!!!!! Más cajeros!!!! I come here honestly cause it's down the street from my house and I'm too lazy to drive further out. Everything here is MID from the quality of products to prices. If you're getting anything from the Carnicería or Pescadería forget it! You'll be here FOR EVER! And the lines to pay omg, se pasan!!! It's not the employees fault, they're doing their best but where is the damn manager!!!!??? Like you don't see the line of people?

This grocery store is around the corner from my home and I always regret going! Anything I purchase from there is always expired or going to be expired in a few days. Also their cashiers are always moody and they ignore people. The lines to pay are ridiculously long and even when there are just 4 people in front of you it takes forever. I will not be going back! Horrible customer service, horrible goods!

I luv my super kings Cardenas marketsI luv all my mex markets But if you don't speak Spanish fluently good luck!!Because I bought okra a couple of times from super king and some weeks they have it and some weeks they don't so I stopped into El super today and asked about okraAnd they were like...COMO???And then I went into the vegetable department and the guy didn't speak any English and he just pointed in some direction and he didn't know what he was talking about either or he didn't understand me sorry lolAnd then I tried to go into the food department where they sell all the hot foods like your rotisserie chickens all your Carnitas all your pork dishesAnd no one help me because they were so busy doing whatever they were doing so I left????Well no big deal I just have to figure out where to get okra on a weekly basis I guess ???
