I do not post very often, however, sometimes when people go above and beyond, you should! So here I am. There is a gentleman called Eddy working at this outlet and I have rarely seen someone being as friendly, as welcoming and as amazingly helpful. I buy from both the outlet and the R.H. store and always enjoy going to that particular outlet just to interact with him!

The furniture is so cool it's so amazing I love Restoration Hardware and I'm excited that I found this cool outlet so close to home, you should check it out. Originally this post was from Ontario Mills but looks like they closed that location and my review is showing Culver City ?which is weird that my post can be changed by someone else who’s monitoring my posting ms about s business anyways

Very rude staff, low energy. They act like everything is a struggle for them. I buy from RH outlets all over Southern California and this place is the only one like this.

Wish I could say something nice about this place. We were excited to find it and hoping to find some nice furniture for our new home except the manager and staff were extremely unhelpful as we watched them ignore most of the shoppers. When we approached them they pretended not to notice us asking questions then when another couple finally got their attention they were rude. They basically asked the questions we had so we felt like we could leave and avoid the unkind staff. Definitely the worse experience with a furniture shop. Will return to C&B bc they were helpful.

I always love stopping by here to see what they have in store. You can say 50% or more and the items are in good condition. Very large location with a good selection of inside as well as outside furniture as well as a few decor pieces. Plenty of easy parking. Everything is well-made and the quality is well worth the price.

A great way to purchase incredible RH authentic items at a much more affordable price. At times it is frustrating because you will find only one nightstand and you need two, for instance, or you find a bed you like and it has some sort of defect, but for the most part they offer a great assortment of incredibly well made furniture and decor. I bought furniture here for as low as $80! Definitely worth checking out!

Staff always helpful and polite. Also, who would want to shop at regular RH…? Everyone loves a good bargain.I once saw Adele in Target. She loves a good bargain and she’s a much better singer than I am.

Worst customer service ! No one is happy to work there and they hardly want to talk to customers Employees need to find a better job that they can be happy with. Customers shouldn't have to deal with their unhappiness !

This was my first RH purchase! They had a pretty good selection of items, and get new shipments a couple of times per week (can't remember the days, since it varies by store).I saw a review about not being greeted upon entering. It was the same case for me, but I also wasn't being hounded or followed around the store by a pushy salesman. However, when I did approach the counter to ask for assistance, I received top notch service. Eddie looked through the store to find a piece that matched my criteria, educated me on the different fabrics and styles, and even looked online for me when I considered a full priced purchase vs outlet. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted and left knowing the different styles, composition, standard vs Lux sizes, and fabrics.They don't deliver, but they do provide a list of companies that will deliver for you.It's an outlet, so keep that in mind; and if you have your heart set on a particular item, keep checking with them, as well as the Long Beach, and Irvine locations. I called all of them and every associate that answered was friendly and checked their inventory for the piece that I wanted. They also provided their delivery days for new arrivals, since each store is different. With that said, my experience was positive and I will definitely return for more quality pieces. Don't fall for Cloud Dupes. If you want it discounted, be patient and keep checking with the outlets.

Restoration Hardware Outlet is a great place to find high-quality furniture and decor. The inventory is vast, and you're sure to find something that fits your style and needs. However, be prepared to pay a premium for their items, as they are still quite pricey, even at the outlet store. That being said, the quality of their products is excellent, and you'll find that they last for many years to come. If you're looking for upscale home decor and don't mind the higher price point, I highly recommend checking out Restoration Hardware Outlet.
