Please be advised this is not where you want to stay the lobby provides an illusion of what’s to come once you get past the guard rail the compound looks bad once you reach the back it reminds you of a trap location It looks more like an low income apartment complex then hotel and I had two different rooms in one stay and they were both terrible the rooms smell musty and the carpet is wet but the staff said it was wet because they recently cleaned the carpet however the carpet was still stained and dirty buildings are in need of repairs and updates or better yet demolition it’s so bad I had to check out people hanging around the outside the people upstairs sounded like there were about to come through the ceiling at any moment I’m hoping the front desk do right by me in the morning and refund me but if not if I can save someone else the heartache and disappointment then this was worth it there’s plenty of hotels in the area please don’t waste your time or moneyRooms: TerribleSafety: Doesn’t feel safe at allFood & drinks: Breakfast was bad

TL/DR: RUN! RUN AWAY! RUN WHILE YOU CAN!So you just found the cheapest Marriott on the outskirts of Los Angeles and you're thinking you can save a few bucks here, how bad can it be? BAD. VERY BAD. ALERT. INVEST IN A BETTER HOTEL. We've stayed in Residence Inn hotels and other Marriotts up and down California over the years and this is the absolute worst by a wide margin. This place is desolate. Our room was missing basic amenities (towels, toilet paper, tissues, silverware, pots and pans, spatula, bowls) that every residence inn has. The door locks will make you feel like you're living in a national lampoon movie as you try to open it three times until you slam it open and spill your coffee on their outdated carpets. The mechanic came by and told us all the doors have the same lock and don't open easily and you just have to "open it better." The lights and the TV flicker on and off randomly which is probably faulty electrical. The freezer made weird whirring buzzing noises ALL NIGHT LONG. And about most of the day too. Our neighbors above us were either rehearsing a touring production of stomp the musical or the walls and ceiling are just so thin that their footsteps kept us up all night and woke us up every morning. The bathroom has no ventilation. The buffet is lacking in quantity and quality. The staff, as much as I hate complaining about hourly workers, were uncharacteristically unhelpful for Marriott and clearly don't have the tools to access everything they need to like, you know, run a hotel. Half the washing and dryer machines were broken and they eat your quarters and it costs 5 bucks to do a load. This parts unrelated but I lost my favorite earrings here and that makes me hate this place more but that's a me thing not a you thing, I just want the manager hopefully reading this to know this place makes me deeply unhappy and also one of you were rude to me in the lobby when we checked in so thanks for that memory too. Oh and there's construction all over the roads around here, and the other side of the parking lot is blocked off half the time.Moral of the story is don't stay here. It ain't worth it. And if you don't believe me, keep scrolling and read the hundreds of other reviews about the terrible time they had here. You're welcome.

This place is a dump. Bill Marriott should be embarrassed that it carries his name. Hollow walls, funky smells, nasty floors, stains, rips, major wear on just about everything. Heater did not work. Place needs a MAJOR remodel. The front desk associate was nice but too way way too long to check me in. She seemed confused the entire time, accidentally overcharged me then struggled to correct it. I will never return.

You should all be in prison for price gouging. There are protections on gas, protections will come for electric and I hope you’re all prosecuted. Charging $0.61/kwh PLUS a cost per session while Tesla chargers are $0.25 and charge faster.

Came in for work. No hotel shuttle. The snack bar area was non existent almost looked like it was raided. No coffee and breakfast looked sub par. This is definitely not Marriott standards and would not put my name on this place. Lady at the front desk said there was an incident last night and as a result some services were not available.

So we came up for a quick trip to see a show and hang out for the weekend. This was a convenient area and distance to where we were going and had the space we were looking for. It was an easy drive from San Diego and easy to find with lots of parking. The check in process was not a problem and accommodating most of our needs was simple too. Beyond that it isn’t a place I would stay at again. In 2024 in California it is mind boggling to me that if you want/need more than one bedroom that this place isn’t ADA compliant. That wasn’t on their website and wasn’t in the booking information and my friend is currently immobile waiting to have surgery. We needed more than one bed for the four of us.Finding the building was easy and there was ample parking and a handicap spot right in front of the building. The stairs were narrow and overall the outside needs updating. We entered the suite and it had a decent layout. The kitchen area had a large peninsula and chairs. The counter is granite and in good condition. The chairs were extremely worn and need to be changed out. The kitchen was a good size and it and the fridge were clean which was a positive. The dishes and silverware were an issue. There were odd numbers of things not a four piece setting as it should have been. There were three plate one bowl three salad plates. There were three forks, two spoons, and four knives. It was just annoying. The beds were clean as were the bathrooms. The first floor bath oddly didn’t have a toilet paper holder. Why? The loft bed area was fine and clean and also had a tv. The bathroom was decent and stocked okay. There was only one face cloth and hand towel. A set of two would have been more appropriate. While getting ready later the first evening I discovered that the motion sensor light in the loft vanity area shut off every 30 seconds or so. So while putting on makeup I had to keep swiping at the air or moving but as soon as I stood still it would shut off.The amenity we were excited to use the hot tub was closed. Just another bummer.Lastly, the customer service was lacking in communication overall but was pleasant when we were able to get ahold of staff. While we had a good relaxing weekend we will find a different property for our next trip up. Step up your game, Marriott.Rooms: Clean but need to put updated and refreshed.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My friends and I stayed here for a festival weekend. When we arrived back to our hotel, all of our belongings were gone including someone's car, everyone's car keys, luggage, wallets, and money. We notified the front desk and they were no help, saying it's happened multiple times. They then proceed to say they have no cameras on the property which is so suspicious. There was no sign of forced entry which makes us believe it was staff who broke into our room and took all of our belongings. Please do not stay here and book somewhere else!

WARNING‼️ Someone broke in to our room @ 2AM!!! And the front desk admits it’s not the first time however they don’t have security cameras!! So please be safe out here!So please be safe!!! We were there over the weekend in room 415 and they have a sliding door with the screen bolted shut. My 3 y/o, husband & I stayed here after a flight for 1 night. After we all were already asleep I heard our screen door opening, which I immediately thought was off since my husband was sleeping next to me and I swore it was bolted shut! When I opened my eyes a man was trying to come in to our room!! I screamed and he ran out. We later saw that the screen door was literally taken off of the whole door!! They literally unscrewed it and took it off the hinges and attempted to come in!The room is equipped with kitchen knifes and things like that so I can’t even imagine if I hadn’t woke up!!I have a 3 y/o and this was too close!!!!My husband went to check and told the front and they told us they didn’t have cameras and that security already made their rounds, but they NEVER came to checkout area. We ended up leaving at 3 am since I was so spooked and my family’s literally life was quite possibly in danger with no repercussions!! There was another family with an even younger child next door us and I pray they never experience this. Please, think twice before bringing your family here or yourself!! This was the WORST experience of my life.

Very rude staff as well as manager Randy. Talk down on customers and didn’t care that we would be out of money even though we had previous stays. Will never be

I arrived at the hotel at ~2am after a long flight from the east coast. The receptionist said there were no rooms available even thought I had made a reservation a day before. After waiting for about 20 minutes I was given a room that was not neat. The sheets were dusty. Next morning, I cancelled my reservation as the Hampton Inn has much better rooms and service

This place makes you feel so comfortable. Wish they had a monthly rate. Spent Thanksgiving here with my boys it's the first time I've been able to enjoy cooking a turkey in way too long. The full kitchen and fire place make it worth spending a little extra.
