Is not colocated at the terminals, they do have shuttles that run almost constantly or it’s a 30min walk from terminal 2. The people at the lot were very nice and helpful and definitely deserve all the stars however not advertising it’s a shuttle ride from either terminal is annoying.

Great experience, easy pick up and drop off at the rental depot by the shuttle bus, makes it hassle free. All Alamo staff were friendly and courteous.

A little hard to find for first time customers, so plan an extra 15 minutes in case you get lost. Otherwise, very efficient if you have a reservation.

Arrive early when returning your rental. Sometimes there are lines for the bus to return to the terminal and may take 30 min at least

Great experience: easy reservations, quick check in allowed me to drive away with 15 minutes of arrival. Friendly and professional employees, clean vehicle, convenient drop off.

Visited for a recent eleven day rental At Thrifty. Staff absolutely tremendous, so helpful. Car was in great condition and immaculate inside and out. First time using this location, but will always be my first choice. It's not often you can recommend a car rental office, but this is definitely an exception. Well done to all who work there.

Super convenient as the shuttle provides reliable transportation from airport to your car. All rental car companies are super close. All parking lots are close. The car return is convenient.

You fools. Thank you for notifying the airport or whomever that you were closed. Shuttle dropped off many people last night at the car rental facility and no one was there. You fools!

9AUG21. Herts did not have my 5 star name listed. I had to go in and wait for 12 folks with 3 service workers. 2 women 1 man. The man was processing 3 to 1 of the other. He had to help the others as well. I got to the counter as was told they did not have time to update the board., and to go out and select a vehicle in 5 star. I picked one out the waited in a very long slow line to exit. I took pictures of the disney like line. Came in at 12:10 got out with car at 13:50, almost 2 hours. Arrived at Edwards base at 1630 and missed everyone by minutes. Had to stay there for next day. I tried to take the pictures tome tagged. The rear view you see the snaking line.

The guys at Avis and budget are totally awesome. They hook me up every time and always give me the lowest price on rentals there is. There's always cars here it seems like especially on Sunday. Thanks so much you guys rock

We had a great experience. Made our reservation online and it was a very quick process. When we returned the vehicle around 9:30pm we were greeted by this sweet young lady in the return lot. I told my husband that it would be great if all customer service was like this. I wish I would have gotten her name. Beautiful spirit and energy.

Used Hertz and they provided excellent service in getting me a car quickly. I had a reservation for a compact, but since there weren't any available they gave me a free upgrade which was much appreciated for my weekend trip.
