Scammers, stay away. They never transferred the title after the purchase was made, then threatened to put a lien on my car. They are currently being investigated by DMV investigators and CA department of tax and fee administration for scamming buyers. Leaving a negative review is something I never do. However, I am saddened with how I’ve been blown off with my issue completely disregarded. I was referred to this dealership by my family, my brothers and my mother have all purchased cars from Remate. So last Feb I purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage from them.. all went well with the initial buying of the vehicle, customer service from Viviana was superb. I left a happy customer.. 3 days after the purchase my car battery died (while waiting my sons school pick up line).. luckily I have AAA and was told that the battery was only at 20% and that I would need to purchase a new one asap. I called Viviana and she had me come in the next day and her husband replaced the battery. Excellent, thank you! A couple weeks later, the back driver side window would not roll up. I called remate and was told to take it to their mechanic..I took my car and the mechanic said he would call and give Viviana and husband the estimate and get back to me.. no one ever called me.. I waited about a week or so then called/text/ left voicemails and got no response.. to make matters worse, I now have 3 out of 4 windows that no longer work. They slide down every time I hit a bump. Whats frustrating is I made them aware well within my warranty time frame, however I was completely ignored. I’ve come to terms with the fact that I will have to pay out of pocket to fix them. But this situation was handled so very poorly. Going forward I will not be returning to remate. Unfortunate that my family has bought multiple cars from your lot and this is how you chose to handle the situation.Please do betterRespectfully.Brianna

I always love to follow up on my reviews. The place has rightfully deserved my 5 stars and I will never forget the quality customer service that viviana gave me. There were no BS fees and the car was well priced. I still have the car over 3 years later and it still works like new.

Really good customer service and made it really easy to get approved. They have a variety selections of cars to choose from and they are in good shape. I bought my car a couple months ago and I’m really enjoying it. Would really recommend this place to anyone looking to buying a car.

I had such a great car buying experience with Remate Auto! I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder platinum with them and I am still over the moon with it! Remate Auto sales is a great location for your next car. Prices are unbeatable no matter what the car is, at this one lace your dealing with the owners and not employees therefore it’s a more personal deal and Vivian has amazing hospitality while she gets your car ready with all the paperwork. Her husband is a honest gentleman who let me know my car had a upcoming engine support replacement and they did it at free of charge since we bought a 2011 GMC Acadia that is fitting our needs awesomely. Don’t get caught with secret fees I recommend remate auto sales 10/10 for they’re exceptional great customer service.

This was a very relaxed purchase. Stopped to look at a vehicle on the lot. They handed me the keys and left me to look and inspect myself.. when I had questions or concerns they were there to answer them. I had no money down and only a trade in with 230k miles on it and a low credit score.not only did I quality for the car I looked at, at my request.. they showed me other cars within my budget. They didn't push to sell me on anything or push me into something I couldn't afford. The moved the numbers around and were able to get me more out of my trade in/down payment...and got me a really good car.. with a 1 year extended warranty. 1st day owning the car I had coworkers asking were i went and i passed the word.. hope they get more business.. simple small family owned company not trying to screw anyone over.

Very thankful for the Remate Auto Sales team. They are a friendly and helpful husband and wife team. My family and I drove down Holt in Ontario to browse a few car lots. My wife saw this one, so we stopped. The doors were locked but I liked a few of the cars on the lot and double checked online, so I called. Viviana answered and said her husband should be pulling up any moment. He pulled up as she said that! He showed us a Ford Escape and Nissan Pathfinder and let us test drive. We really liked the Pathfinder. We went back two days later and purchased! When we went back they had more vehicles, so be assured they always have fresh inventory. They offer very fair pricing, and Viviana really helped us to understand the best financing option for our situation. Highly recommend for a combination of well priced vehicles and great customer service.
