Just an all around great company! The team knows exactly what they are doing! Carol is great handling all of the information and being responsive! Bob and Juan are exceptional guys! Juan knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to editing! And Bob is great any job I ever bring to him he delivers and provides the most luxury high beautiful resolutions finishes to all my products! Rather it be Banners! Obituaries! Decal stickers and more. This company is capable of delivering what ever print and marketing items you or your business needs. The customer service is great!!! We came to RDS printing super last minute because an Etsy Seller couldn't make our requested graphic work on our memorial paper bags for a family members funeral. We came to RDS 2 days before needing them done and they were able to not only make them quickly, but for cheaper than the Etsy seller! They were also done so perfectly, we got tons of great feedback from family and friends about how cute our bags were! We will definitely be a returning customer for any of our printing needs! RDS printed out my baby shower invitations and they turned out beautifully! I had a rough time finding a print service shop that would print on deckled edge paper that I had to provide and wanted to use. Finally after many rejections from local print shops, RDS was the only print shop that said they could do it! Fast service too. Can't wait to send out my invitations!

Bob and his team pulled off a last minute print job of foam-mounted posters for a large event I hosted, minding my need for a quick turnaround. The quality was as professional as large print shops, but the service and communication was above and beyond. Pricing was competitive too. When I picked up the posters onsite, I saw the breadth of jobs they've done from promotional items to die-cut printed pieces to POS displays. I will use these guys in the future if/when the need arises for our SoCal office.

Bob, was nothing but the best. He helped us during the process of making our wedding invitations and was super quick to get it done in a short period of time. His attention to detail was great and the effort put in was awesome. Great customer service. Aside from the wedding invitations he made a few other things for our wedding and the quality was too notch. The customer service is second to none Bob truly makes you feel like you are the Only customer, great guy great print shop.

My son is a senior in high school & I wanted a sign for my yard. Bobby printed the most amazing photo and added awesome graphics and a custom frame. Quick turn around time and very reasonable. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
