TERRIBLE SERVICE, this "company" shouldn't be in business.Can´t even provide an inventory report, lots of mis and late shipments.We worked only a few months with them and was enough to damage our business and reputation with our customers (U.S. biggest retailers).Their customer service is pathetic, they take days even weeks to reply if they do reply at all.They over charge in their invoices every time.The good reviews are from their friends and family, I can attest to this.Unfortunately there´s no option for rating 0 stars.STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Wonderful fulfillment center, great people, great customer service, Its a family owned and operated business, they get the job done right and they are very professional on what they do ?? I would definitely recommend Rapid Fulfilment Center.

This warehouse is the best in the inland empire, they ship my items timely with a two -three-hour notice. They are great, Pricing is also very reasonable for their great work! They ship my items using FEDEX, UPS, and FBA Amazon.

They have excellent customer service. They are very attentive and make sure everything is running smoothly within the company. They keep up with orders and always send them out rapidly. They are always available if I have any questions, even after hours, and they’re always nice and take the time to answer any questions or concerns. They are clean and well organized with their inventory and always make sure it is stored safely. Totally recommend, they are the best!

I really like how rapid fulfillment center takes care of my product. It is never bent or damaged. Inventory control is done on a weekly basis and everything is sent timely at all times. I use fedex and ups to send my product. Jackie is the best in customer service. She really cares for her customers. Luckily she is very close to the warehouse so there are times I pop up late at night and she is there to assist me. She also speaks Spanish. She’s working on learning mandarin.
