This place sucks, they scheduled an appointment at 3pm, they told me it never went through to them.
They said to come back tomorrow for a discount and when I came they made me wait 30 mins just for them to say they can't. I'm an angry because my gas is very valuable to me, my break is the only time I get to rest and I wasted 2 of them coming to this location. What a joke. O stars if possible. I was gonna come back here to replace tires on my truck but these people really piss me off.

I went there to get a tire fixed I needed to be plugged up I had a nail I ran over and they told me 35.00 which is fine I didn't care but they said to come back in 2 hours I'm sending my guys to lunch they're standing around doing nothing thank God that there was another tire shop around the corner off of Euclid admission they charged me $10 to not only plug my tire put it on and put the spare away I tip them 20 bucks I was in and out within 20 minutes that's customer service that's customer service that's just my opinion I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody

I had an excellent experience with Ramona Tire. The service was impressively fast, and Martin provided expert advice throughout the process. He went the extra mile by topping off all fluids and made thoughtful recommendations for additional auto repairs. I highly recommend Ramona Tire for their outstanding customer service and professional care.

Professional and fast. The lounge was comfortable while I waited. My new tires feel good. I have confidence that they will last multiple seasons. This is my second purchase from Ramona. I will probably come to this shop for my next purchase.

We are a local business with a fleet of trucks and trailers that we rely on every day to get to our customers. Recently we discovered three bad tires on one of our work trailers. We had not used Ramona Tire before, but we decided to give them a try. We arrived at 7:30 am, and we were out the door by 8:10 am with three new tires. Ramona Tire knew that we had a crew of four waiting on the repair to get going on their route, and they were able to get us back on the road quickly. We appreciate everyone at Ramona Tire for the quick service and great customer service.

Overall I had a good experience. Customer service is great, the work is good. But I'm a mechanic my self, and I make sure everything on my vehicle is in order after working on it, and for someone to tell me a lug was missing when I dropped my vehicle off is b.s.. It should've been in the "vehicle inspection report” they did before they started working on it... I made sure they were all tight the day prior due to a wobbly worn tire, and being that I take my vehicle over different terrain. Now I'm missing 1... So make sure all your lugs are in order before and after they touch your vehicle!

Stopped to get a quote on some tires and to my suprise they had a great deal on tires so we took them . I'm pleased with the service and the help from Mr Martin who was our sales person. He was very helpful in describing the tires we bought and performance. My son worked there before and told me if I ever needed tires to go and check them out , so we did. And I'm glad cause we got a great deal. Thanks.
