Horrible service at this Ralphs talk to the manager I had a an electronic coupon for some egg wraps and they wouldn't accept it but another ralph did. not very happy that they didn't even try they just said no I wish somebody would call me from that store.

this Ralph's mkt is close to me actually its wa lol king distance,they Don't have many African Americans products, especially around the holidays , l have talked to many managers in regards to thehorrible situation, it's not like there's no black people around they're plenty?This holiday they were selling old chicken wings that had dark blood on them looked as if they had been dead 10000 years then thawed out,?

1/14/24 750pm i tried to go through the self checkout due to only having 9 items and when I tried to ask a question ai was told she is too busy.... Too many customers.... Yet she was just standing there on her phone. Even the bare minimum of customer service is hard to find..... so sad.
