Unpleasant experience as it took 3 hours for a standard oil change. The delay wouldn’t be as maddening if the service advisor had bothered to keep in touch and stay in communication. Sucks have to bring our Kia here as there is no service center directly connected to Kia. Once service contract is up a new location will definitely be chosen.

Typical terrible dealership service experience. These independent dealership networks are really letting these good car brands down.Unfortunately, a car brands quality is largely influenced by the quality and confidence you have in your local dealership network. Thankfully for Kia and Ford, there are other options to have your vehicle serviced.A simple 1 day warranty repair with a loaner vehicle at a different dealership was a 5 day fiasco that went nowhere and cost us money, stress and time here at the Citrus service center

Came for a transmission flush paid $300 checked the transmission fluid before dropping it off and told the advisor there’s no issues just want the fluid changed. He said I’ll get it back with new fluid. Reddish or a little brownish. When I picked up the car my bumper had damage. They took liability and were willing to fix it after inspecting photos of my car that were taken when it was dropped off, later on that day when I told them I would be taking my car somewhere else for repairs if they can send me the photos of the car when it was dropped off they claimed we looked at “the wrong cars photos” earlier and that actually wasn’t my car and they actually never uploaded the photos of my car. ? so you can’t trust these guys when it comes to any damage to your car. Make sure you take your own photos at time of drop off. Now back to the transmission fluid that wasn’t changed. Here’s photos. You tell me if there’s a difference or if either photo looks like it was freshly changed. Transmission fluid*Also when I go to check my dash cam to see who damaged the hood and if my fluid was even changed, I find the mechanic disconnecting my camera. They say it’s policy not to record in the shop. But the camera was only disconnected the short hour my car was being worked on. I love the reaction the mechanic gives when he sees there’s a camera. “That would have ruined my day”They should have just paid for my damages and changed the fluid like I paid for. Instead this has been escalated with so many different people.

Came here to have my 2017 mustang GT 350 serviced for an oil change. Made an appointment and dropped off at 10:30 am.Get a phone call around 4pm. Basically have to keep it overnight because they didn’t have the filter in stock and for an oil change is ridiculous. They waited 5 hours to tell me this? And on top of that you’re going to pay $430.00 so I came and picked it up. What’s the point of even making an appointment? Overall won’t be coming back for a service.

Both my wife and I were done dealing with Ford after the company and various dealerships made it impossible to do business trading In a lease that I signed 3 years ago. At wits end, I called Citrus Ford to try one more time. Dylan Johnson picked up the phone and worked with me over 4 days to find the perfect vehicle and deal. I'm very impressed with his service and caring nature. He worked hard to close a deal that was good for us. Thank you to the management team and Dylan for all their help!

i usually don't like leaving bad reviews, however this is a must,i bought a used 2016 dodge challenger 30 days ago and the car had engine problems, i took it to get a diagnostic and was told the engine lifter was broken and needed to be changed. the 30 day warranty was over by 6 days and of course the dealer washes their hands and says we can't cover it. i only had extended bullshit warranty which only covers transmission and engine however is also limited coverage and i have to pay for dodge to fix it if those parts are not covered. i finally had it fully inspected by a dodge mechanic and they told me they used a watered down synthetic oil for the engine which is a terrible thing to do, and oil was low, spark plugs were burned out, and filters were very dirty.. the car had poor service period.. i completely understand buying a used car could come w some defects but the engine should never be a problem getting in out the lot. these people knew this car had engine problems and did not fix it before selling the car. do not purchase a vehicle at this location they do not give used cars proper maintenance, with all the money they make u would think they would have commen courtesy to fully inspect these cars and make sure engine and transmission are working properly which is priority.i have to spend $1200 for the mechanic to fix these changes on the engine.. on top of that im not even due for my first car payment till october 20,2023.. do not buy cars from here! this should never happend when getting a used or vice versa new car out of a big dealer like this. i also submitted a complaint the banck who financed my car and let them know how the dealer did not properly inspect my car! im thinking even suing them for selling me a fucked up car! stay away from this place buy cars somewhwre else,do not come here!

Citrus motors leaves your vehicle in various parking lots with out locking it up. They're not responsible, they don't care. They don't respond to your concerns

I would like to revise my review from the other day, it was a very positive review, but know I'm very disappointed. We put a down payment on our new vehicle ( a check) we told them we were waiting for the $ to transfer from savings. This was on a Sunday and we asked if they could wait to deposit till Wednesday because it takes a long time to transfer that amount of cash. if it was a problem the. we'd get the car once it transferred. We were assured by Rachel that it would be dealt with according, I woke up this morning with an email saying we had an overdraft We take pride in making sure that doesn't happen, and then it did!it disillusioning to believe and have faith in what they promise and once that car drives off the lot, all bets are OFF!The team she worked with also included Jesse and Alex, so who knows who dropped the ball!Mor really happy with the experience after all!

We bought a Kia in June 2023, a week later we had problems with the car, it took them two weeks to fix and return the car to us, I call the manger to express my concerns and he NEVER returned my call!!! 3 weeks later we noticed the engine making a weird noice once again, I text the salesperson that sold me the car even though he tried to help me there is so much he can do! I been trying until this day to get a hold of the manager of Citrus motors ford and I have been getting the run around from every person that answers the phone!!! How hard can it be to pick up the phone and call a customer that bought a car from the company that he manages!! I am still waiting for a call from the service department to schedule an appointment to bring the car in. I regret buying a car from this dealer!!!!Very unprofessional I won't referral this dealer to anyone!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Service was great, but EXPENSIVE! Oil change with "The Works" (with Synthetic oil) was $200! Without synthetic oil was still over $150. I know prices have gone up, but I paid $78 for The Works without synthetic oil last March at a different Ford dealer's Quick Lane in the Inland Empire. Confirmed with a third Ford dealer that their CURRENT price for The Works with synthetic oil is $120...a HUGE difference! Shop around if you want to save $$.
